So, I have a different story than most as I have not attended any Program here, but through a referral by my Therapist I was connected with Megan as I was looking at their IOP program. OMG - She has gone so far above and beyond to help me it is insane!!When it was discovered that due to UHC and they horrible coverage of late, I am not able to get into The Carter Center without incurring significant costs that would be impossible to overcome. Meagan RECOMMENDED that I look at other facilities and proceeded to list them and their locations - even willing to make a call to an in-network provider much closer to my home.This is such an amazingly refreshing perspective I know in my heart that they are in the business of helping people who want/need help and not just check a box because of a legal requirement. I truly felt like the lady in Miracle on 34th street (even though I'm a guy) who was told by Santa to go to another store to get a product cheaper.Megan - Thank you for all that you do to help people like me struggling with Alcoholism and other substance abuse issues!!!!

This place is lovely. They are excellent at working with your insurance and helping you to get the most out your time in treatment. The staff are very warm and supportive and do everything they can to make life easier for you while you are there. Really, this place provides quality of care way above and beyond the norm for this level of care, while allowing you both great freedom and supportive structure. If you are looking for a place that feels like home (only probably more stable), this is the place for you. They always make sure you have transportation available, which is great for people who don t have cars. They let you work and build community and they don t give up on people easily. The location is great, the housing is great, and the staff are amazing. The maximum stay is six months although I guess they make exceptions. They have alumni activities and you are always welcome to return once you graduate.Five stars. And believe me, I know my treatment centers.

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them.Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Reviewing from a perspective of both personal experience as well as that of a loved one. MARR is an excellent choice for treatment, the staff all competent and qualified. There are doctors and nurses on staff/on site. Everyone works around the clock for the benefit of their residences - there is absolutely no other program that provides as complete of care as MARR does. They offer intensive care through every stage of recovery for each client. There are few other programs that provide extensive, long term, physical and emotional level care, individual and group therapy, teaches applicable life skills as well as drug and alcohol education and support. I have seen MARR do wonders for many people, from all backgrounds and situations, and leading to clients actively living productive, happy, substance free lives and contributing to the world and people around them. All of this and at a ridiculously affordable rate comparably.

Everyone is so nice and so helpful. The only change is they re no longer open on Saturdays so it s only Monday through Fridays, make sure that you bring your lockbox on Fridays and if your guest dozing make sure you either find another facility for Saturdays or plan to come on Friday to get your medicine for all or get them to give you an extra bottle to bring.
