My stay at Coastal Harbor was exactly what I needed to get better. Most of the staff were very respectful and caring. Yes there was one or two that treated the patients disrespectfully. The night nurse "Quita" was the main one. She would talk down to us or treat us as though we were less than. Ms. Lisa on t other hand was amazing and truly cared about us. When I left she gave me a hug and told me she loved me and that I was going to make it. Those words was exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. To all the Coastal Harbor staff thank you. You guys do so much for the patients in such a short time with being so short staffed.

First off, I would like to thank the staff for all their effort in my treatment plans and helping me to get better. It was an eye opening experience. I was fortunate to also have made new friendships with some amazing folks who also has their own story. Just remember you are not alone. This place can really help if you truly embrace the treatment plans. I realized the ones who gave this place a negative review are the ones who fought their treatment plans and demanded to go home before they were ready to be cured. That being said, I especially want to thank a few staff members that went above and beyond for me, Miss Lisa, you my girl thank you for ALWAYS looking out for me! Miss Erika, many blessings to you for sharing your story it was heartfelt, Miss Nicole I hope you had fun at your concert and keep smiling, and Miss Ashton you have been such a delight and very entertaining. Thank you Big Mike the cook for the yummy alternatives when we did not agree with main meals. You all saved my life.I can't thank you enough. And I hope you enjoyed the crossword books I donated to the transitions wing.Always,Sherrie
