This place saved my life.... The people that work there are very caring and understanding and the truly care its not just about a paycheck they enjoy helping people in the right way... And willing to allow you to grow and don't throw you out like some places do they give you a chance and believe in you and that makes me strive to make it especially for these haters that say untrue stuff on here about new Pointe because they can't get there way so I'm here to state the truth this place deserves a 5 star and they make you feel comfortable and except we are human but progress and practice makes perfection.... It's good to be at a place that has workers that have hearts and want to see all of us make it.... And they allow you to grow and make your own desicions as far as if you think your ready to begin to a point where you are ready to ween yourself because they know that's the only way we as addicts are gonna make it without having to start all over again addiction to herion and pills is a hard thing to over come on your own and it has cured me of my herion addiction it's taken them cravings and the people along with it has gave me the drive to stay with it I haven't ever succeeded at this disease of addiction yet and I've been suffering off and on since I was 13 without any success until now it's been almost a year and I have made so many improvements in my life and I've had people around me who have noticed the difference in me as well I just inspire to do better and better when I never kept the assent I've thus far like I said it's going on a year now and I have no desire to go back to herion thank yall so much I love yall and I hate to see anything bad said about yall because I feel yall are godsent for me as a herion addict yall have helped change my life I love yall more then you know.... I cannot believe there would be one single bad post about these compassionate people but that's how it is your always gonna have that one or two that didn't want to make it and wanted to not get better and wanting to blame someone else for them not trying to do better.....

I went through this program from may to December of 2011. I learned so much there, from wonderful women who also went through this program and if I ever had a problem again I would be right back there with Ms Linda. If you need help, GO. It's never too late to save yourself!

The staff really cares. From the intake ,nurses, doctors, and even the custodians, there's a certain warmth and knowledge that helped me tremendously. My favorite part that helped me the most is group therapy with Yailene, she's just wonderful.

Impact might be the only treatment center in the world that tells you the truth about the disease of alcoholism/addiction: the fact you can recover, and live a full enjoyable life. The staff at impact wants you to get well and since getting out I have a solid foundation and no excuse to replace again because of the work done in 35 days and the foundation that was built. I owe my life to impact. From admissions, mentors, to the owners I cannot say enough about the role they played in my recovery with a problem I ve been dealing with for 16 years.

I Highly recommend enrolling with Julianna. She creates a very welcoming atmosphere to a not very pleasant situation. You learn alot and honestly I recommend it even it not ordered by court.

This is the place for men in trouble to get help at no cost but they are not easy
