I want to give this place a five out of five stars. I am overlooking the areas of: food , group therapy and gym - All which are RELATED to my mental well-being personally as everyone s well being is determined differently. Some may focus more on the staff as opposed to the actual treatment goal itself. As my treatment relates to food, the food was a 10 out of 10. If the food was bad quitting nicotine, I probably would have left treatment and had serious anger issues. The group therapy was also very beneficial as well. The only idea that I have for group therapy is that there could ve been markers provided as opposed to pencils to be more engaged. Lastly, I wish that there was more gym time as I have ADHD ( which could not be treated during that time and tried helping myself by napping with the Holy Spirit). As for the staff, I personally think that no one should have their own opinion of the staff as no one ever really tried being a staff member of us who are withdrawing or changing meds. Do the shoe test. Either way the staff was very nice to me. They could tell that sometimes I would need a nicotine patch, but I kept on saying that the Holy Spirit is going to get me through this-which luckily did and yeah I think it was a great experience. I do not go based off of the stars as everyone has their own conditions of their state of mind and different areas of stars when it comes to what your goal is.

Hi, Julia. Your feedback is important to us and we really appreciate you taking the time to share it with us. Thank you for the kind words and we hope you are doing well. Take care!
This is a good place with staff that care. Highly recommend if you are serious about wanting to change your life. Not recommended if you are looking for a quick tolerance break.
Today I had my first ever visit to the VA. Based on the bad press the VA always gets i was expecting the worst. I was very surprised and pleased with the care I received. Everyone (the check-in clerk, triage nurse, lab tech, and doctor) was pleasant, professional, and delivered A+ service. Thank you for taking good care of me today.
