Do not come here if you have probationer/DFCS evaluations to get done. When you call to set up your walk-in appt, the staff does not tell you that your case worker/PO needs to sign a request form & they will not see you if you don t have it signed. Made my process longer by three weeks & was stressful.This not only happened to me, but to two other people on separate days. I had to come in the first time- was told to do a walk in assessment & was faced with this issue.I have yet to see the professional I was sent here to see, so this review is based on just the initiating processes alone- which are terrible & waste people s time.ETA: The staff themselves in the physical building are all doing their best with what they can. Obviously the state of communications is a result of lack of support from the State & local government. I really enjoyed my time with the staff I interacted with & I wish the best for those who work here.

My case manager John O., and my therapist Lane were the best. They insured me not to worry about anything and everything would work itself out. They helped me find a peace within myself. They never judged me or anything and gave me the best advice. They showed genuine concern for me and went out of their way for me. The gave me the best advice. John my case manager went out of his way to find me a long term program and promised he would vet the place I was going and would not let me go to a bad place. He made phones calls and researched all my options and found a great place to go through. He even stayed after his shift was over to keep helping me. Him and Lane my therapist worked together to make all this happen and give me hope that I can beat this addiction I have. They gave me peace and reassurance. I have gotten more from Bluff Recovery Center in the short time I was here than months I spent in all the other programs I have been through. They truly care and do everything they can to help you in your recovery. I honestly don t know how I would have gotten through being here without John and Lane. They are truly a blessing from God. If you need help with your addiction and have an option to come here, you will find out this place is one of a kind and they will go out of their way to help you.

I ve been to stepping stones on a few occasions and always had a good experience. While rehab is no vacation and not always the most enjoyable (for obvious reasons) the staff and the resources they give you are why I decided to return there when I needed help. Everyone from the therapists to kitchen staff treats you with respect and dignity. Jessica the aftercare coordinator is the kindest soul and always has been an ear to bend when I needed a moment to regroup and a problem solved. Can t say enough good things about everyone there. Stepping stones is an amazing place to go to reset and get back on course when struggling with addiction. I would recommend it to anyone I know who needs the same help I did.
