Ive been with gateway close to two years now, and never once did I feel unwelcomed or unappreciated. Even when I switched my primary counselor, it never felt the same as the amazing women in gateway. The receptionist are always so sweet and will work with you to help sort iut appointments quick and easy. The counselors have my heart as well, they listen and understand me in ways I didn't think was possible. I wouldn't want to go to any other counseling office after gateway.

I ve been to stepping stones on a few occasions and always had a good experience. While rehab is no vacation and not always the most enjoyable (for obvious reasons) the staff and the resources they give you are why I decided to return there when I needed help. Everyone from the therapists to kitchen staff treats you with respect and dignity. Jessica the aftercare coordinator is the kindest soul and always has been an ear to bend when I needed a moment to regroup and a problem solved. Can t say enough good things about everyone there. Stepping stones is an amazing place to go to reset and get back on course when struggling with addiction. I would recommend it to anyone I know who needs the same help I did.

He made the decision to stay the full six months within the first month. I'm so proud of him and all the guys there. It's an amazing journey they go through. I know this place saved my son's life. Kindness, compassion and studying the AA 12 Steps and the way in which the program is run. First, this is not a review on the Lakeview that I experienced. That was great. The staff were excellent and I credit them for my sobriety. This is now a warning for those looking to reference old reviews. Aftercare and Alumni staff were either reorganized/reassigned or let go. Please note that the reviews on Googles will greatly praise these parts of Lakeview. The individuals that made that great, as of around November 2024, are either no longer in those capacities or have left/been let go. I am assuming that Lakeview was purchased, web search appears to confirm this.

Despite facing some network issues, the clinic's team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Their dedication and welcoming approach made a big difference for me.What truly stands out here is the team. It s the most international medical team I ve ever seen, with people from the United States, Colombia, Croatia, Romania, and many other countries. This diversity brings a special energy to the clinic so colorful and motivating. The staff is not only co-living and cooperative but they work together brilliantly. It s inspiring to see them handle things as a team, and it makes me feel lucky to be in their care.There were some challenges, like fax issues, but they managed to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently. Their time management was impressive, and they handled each case with care. I have to say, this is the best team I ve ever come across. They make entering the clinic and going through treatments much easier, even though it can be hard sometimes.Since I m new to Florida and still learning about the insurance process here, I have already filed an application with ACCESSFL. I would greatly appreciate any support with the post-application process, just to make sure everything is on track. Just had my first visit/intake with John Gast. Obviously didn t know what to expect but he was outstanding to say it best!!! Listened to everything, no judgement and he made the environment very comfortable. Highly recommended and I look forward to my next session.Update: I am now approximately just over three weeks now in my treatment with breakthrough. To date, I have seen my therapist John Gast Three times and have done three group sessions with Kelsey and Anthony. To say that it has continued to be amazing is an understatement. John continues to be amazing and Kelsey and Anthony have provided such perspective and guidance along with the other members of my group that I literally look forward to going to group sessions. Furthermore, even when I m having a bad day, I leave those sessions with nothing but positivity for the future. The staff and girls are so friendly and makes you feel at home. I enjoy going to church with. I met the people with Bethesda because I had a family member there. Even tho their not there any more, I still go there to visit. This place has helped me in ways of changing my life.
