Ive been with gateway close to two years now, and never once did I feel unwelcomed or unappreciated. Even when I switched my primary counselor, it never felt the same as the amazing women in gateway. The receptionist are always so sweet and will work with you to help sort iut appointments quick and easy. The counselors have my heart as well, they listen and understand me in ways I didn't think was possible. I wouldn't want to go to any other counseling office after gateway.

I ve updated review!! My son is going on 3 years sober!!! This is the place!!!My son is 34 and checked himself in 5 months ago. He made the decision to stay the full six months within the first month. I'm so proud of him and all the guys there. It's an amazing journey they go through. I know this place saved my son's life. Kindness, compassion and studying the AA 12 Steps and the way in which the program is run. It teaches responsibility, accountability and the tools to get and stay sober.Thank you God for answering prayers he led my son straight to Bridges of Hope!! Thank you JesusIt is now April 2024 and my son is still sober at 37 and in fact my nephew is getting ready to complete his 6 months and he is excited about being sober and they both know and love the Lord! My case manager John O., and my therapist Lane were the best. They insured me not to worry about anything and everything would work itself out. They helped me find a peace within myself. They never judged me or anything and gave me the best advice. They showed genuine concern for me and went out of their way for me. The gave me the best advice. John my case manager went out of his way to find me a long term program and promised he would vet the place I was going and would not let me go to a bad place. He made phones calls and researched all my options and found a great place to go through. He even stayed after his shift was over to keep helping me. Him and Lane my therapist worked together to make all this happen and give me hope that I can beat this addiction I have. They gave me peace and reassurance. I have gotten more from Bluff Recovery Center in the short time I was here than months I spent in all the other programs I have been through. They truly care and do everything they can to help you in your recovery. I honestly don t know how I would have gotten through being here without John and Lane. They are truly a blessing from God. If you need help with your addiction and have an option to come here, you will find out this place is one of a kind and they will go out of their way to help you.
