He was funny, smart, and genuinely determined to help each of us. He took our concerns seriously, making a significant impact on my journey.Miss Raven, one of the behavioral techs, was a beacon of kindness for me. She went beyond her role; she became like a mother figure during my treatment. Whenever I needed someone to talk to, she was always there, never rushing our conversations. Her support meant the world to me, and I admired her ability to listen and understand, no matter the challenges I faced. She always checked in to make sure I was okay, and her presence was incredibly reassuring.Alec, my case manager, felt like a brother to me. We shared jokes, and he had a keen sense of my personality, making me feel comfortable and understood. He provided invaluable feedback on my progress and what I needed to work on. The medical assistant also played a crucial role in my experience; she was sweet and approachable, helping to keep my spirits up during difficult times. The nurse practitioner was professional and energetic, always ready to assist. Sarah and Laura, the medical directors, were serious about their work, acting swiftly to ensure our needs were met. I just want to say how amazing my team was during my down time during my time of surgery I have never had a better team take care of me in a hospital in my life Alex the RN for the O.R. is one of the most calming heartfelt person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life Savannah the RN for Recovery was the best, she was so patient kind and helpful she stayed with me just to make sure I was okay she always popped her head in to see if I needed anything and she made sure I was comfortable Beyond measures I also want to give a shout out to a man named Christian who is also so sweet and kind gentle and helpful for all the walking he did with me and making me feel important he stood by my side to make sure I can make it up and down the hallway the conversations we had the small talks that we shared meant a lot I just want to thank you all so much for taking such good care of me and being there for me when I needed you all the most

My wife was transported to the ER via ambulance and then admitted for 6 days. I cannot say enough about the staff that were assigned to her in room 4006. It started immediately and everyone, nurses, nurse assistants, food server, cleaning staff. Best experience in the best hospital. Thank you Mrs. Jackson your leadership and attitude has spread to your staff.
