As a person sent here for a evaluation through the judicial system, that I would say made that determination under poor unethical standards. I spent 4 weeks here after 3 weeks of observation I was given a evaluation which I passed and was released the following week. My personal experience from the inside was that overall much of the staff is very professional. Some are very young and I commend them for choosing such a challenging job. I have a new respect for this industry as the real challenges are the patients. Each one with their own challenges and demands and expectations can be draining on any human. The court education classes where very informative to the facts of law. Dr Heather is amazing as well as nurse Johnny Ms Myra, Ms Richardson and Mr Taylor. Although there is room for improvement, my overall experience was educational and safe. And in my opinion they are NOT over medicating people here the DRs and staff were very reasonable and at times I wished they would medicate some of the more severe patients for my own personal peace. I believe whole hearted that the operations here are being done well. Keep up the good work the world needs more people like you all to help so many in need. Blessings

This place is a little bit like jail LOL. But it really gets you in the right frame of mind for the intensive outpatient program, which is the next phase. Rules here are heavy, waiting list can be long, chaos can be constant, group amount can be overwhelming, privacy virtually Non-Existent... But stay tough and stick with it. The intensive operation program is great. Well, better ... Just obey the rules and you'll be fine! And remember, the rules exist for a reason. Avoid the pods of guys, a lot of the guys are just there because they're homeless. Not because they're looking to get sober. It's just a reality. I'm sure 30 days of this is not enough to get you sober, so if you plan on leaving after 30 days, be ready to work your own program when you get home. If you find the staff to be a little abrasive at times, well get over yourself , this is not a hotel. They're managing a lot of people in a very enclosed environment . Sometimes to do that they have to be blunt. And they have to be forceful. So if you get your feelings hurt, shut up. Grab a book, sit under a tree, or lay in your bed and read and work on your recovery. And regardless of some of the animals that are around you, respect others and practice being the human being that you want to become. This part of the program could stand a new property. This property is not the best. And well I suppose they could do a little bit better with weeding out the riff Raff. But whatever, you're not going to die. Get what you need to get and be pleasant to others. Later!

Making it possible for others like myself to get there lives back .and with commitment and cooperation successfully recover from their addiction .New Seasons treatment center has been a God send in my recovery literally saving my life .and I am truly grateful .through out the time I have been receiving treatment there. I have seen alot of people come and go .some who were a delight to work with. And would go to the limits to insure that the treatment and recovery process .went as smoothly as possible .AND keeping in mind that we're not labeled as an addict . But a person in recovery .and that we to have day to day responsibilities and schedules that we have to attend to .like myself I am DISSABLED and I normally try to schedule my doctors appointments on the same day . That I have to go to the treatment facility .because there are alot of days that I find it extremely hard to just get out of bed .and when I do it takes me a lengthy time to get ready .and I am hopeful . But sometimes I have fewer good days and am in alot of pain .due to my disabilities.and it's extremely difficult for me to get from point A to point B . AND I would like to say thank you New Seasons for making it possible to be successful in my treatment and helpful in my recovery .and a special thanks to my counselor Mrs Nakeisha phillips. She always greets me in a pleasant manner and she is always professional keeping in mind that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect .
