Very nice hospital, I just had surgery for endo here. Everyone was extremely nice, profesional and helpful, from checking in, to the nurses that helped prepare me for surgery, and every one at pre-op! I felt well cared for, and very informed on what was happening. The nurse after surgery was super nice, she told me where I was, that surgery was successful, asured me I was ok, and encouraged me to sleep off some more anesthesia! The nurses who transferred me to my room were gentle and careful. After being transferred to my room, the night shift nurses were amazing! Bringing me heating packs for pain, brought me applesauce and juice, took me for a walk, and were soo very patient when they had to keep coming to turn off my beeping monitor! Also happily supplied my husband with a cup and water as well.Only bad experience was over the switch to day shift, I went an hour overdue till they remembered to bring me pain medicine, and took 20 minutes, and a second try till someone came to help me use the bathroom. But overall, I was well taken care of! Discharge was easy, and they took me in a wheelchair right out to my ride!
Dr. Frank Vizen was amazing, wish I had seen him more! He seemed to care about what was going on with me. My stay was only three nights, the nurses/assisting staff, Ms. Jay, Ms. Shay, and Ms. Mecca (if misspelled, I m so sorry!), they are phenomenal women! They helped me so much while there. The housekeeping staff was rude, and would say things in Espaol about the patients. But a great stay otherwise!

I could nit pick things like amenities and cleanliness of the waiting room areas. But, at the end of the day the level of attention and care my child received was phenomenal. The staff here was great across the board. It takes special people to do that job and we are incredibly grateful for them.
