She went beyond her role; she became like a mother figure during my treatment. Whenever I needed someone to talk to, she was always there, never rushing our conversations. Her support meant the world to me, and I admired her ability to listen and understand, no matter the challenges I faced. She always checked in to make sure I was okay, and her presence was incredibly reassuring.Alec, my case manager, felt like a brother to me. We shared jokes, and he had a keen sense of my personality, making me feel comfortable and understood. He provided invaluable feedback on my progress and what I needed to work on. The medical assistant also played a crucial role in my experience; she was sweet and approachable, helping to keep my spirits up during difficult times.
