I had a wonderful experience in this place. I reached the gift of desperation here. I grew up here, I spent 16 months working on myself. I've now been given a gift from God through this program. I get to live under the same roof with my 15 year old. I thank God for this place.

Exceptional Care and Diverse, Supportive Team.(To Each Department & every Individual involved in -In-Take- process)I recently transferred all my medical history from another state to this clinic in Florida, and I am beyond grateful for their tremendous support. Despite facing some network issues, the clinic's team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Their dedication and welcoming approach made a big difference for me.What truly stands out here is the team. It s the most international medical team I ve ever seen, with people from the United States, Colombia, Croatia, Romania, and many other countries. This diversity brings a special energy to the clinic so colorful and motivating. The staff is not only co-living and cooperative but they work together brilliantly. It s inspiring to see them handle things as a team, and it makes me feel lucky to be in their care.There were some challenges, like fax issues, but they managed to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently. Their time management was impressive, and they handled each case with care. I have to say, this is the best team I ve ever come across. They make entering the clinic and going through treatments much easier, even though it can be hard sometimes.Since I m new to Florida and still learning about the insurance process here, I have already filed an application with ACCESSFL. I would greatly appreciate any support with the post-application process, just to make sure everything is on track. If someone could check in with me anytime soon, that would be a big help.I believe, with their support, I can beat this sickness. I am thankful and I truly hope that these amazing people are appreciated and recognized where they work. Their compassion and dedication are truly remarkable.P.S. Came in with traumatic hand injury on new years day. The staff is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, kind, caring, skilled, friendly, approachable, respectful, sincere, empathetic, and good company.

I have been to many different clinics before this one is a cut above the rest . Eddie is the director there and what he has done with this place is a blessing he treats people the way they want to be treated and cares. His ideas and changes that he has made were hands down very much appreciated and done well and has made my time there a very special one. Eddie thanks for your work and continued work to make this a welcoming place for all.

I have to say in defense of tradition house that Luke's recent post was in retaliation for him being told to pack his stuff and go, everything he said in his review was a lie and a complete fabrication. You're really saddens me how someone could sink so low as to try to tarnish the good reputation of tradition house. I believe it is the best and always has had the reputation of being the best sober House in Jacksonville. It is well-run, clean, comfortable and a safe and stable environment to rebuild your life. Humility and gratitude are key ingredients to a New Life. Hopefully Luke will get it one day! You know as they say, hurt people hurt people".

They were so helpful. I had an out of state dui and they were so helpful all the way the end of the process. They had to go out of their way to resent the certifications. Thank you so much!

These ladies brighten up my life and I am just so grateful.I started coming here 3 years ago and will continue to do so for the rest of my life because It is truly so hard to receive good help, but when it comes to Gateway in Kingsland, y'all exceed expectations! You are so amazing and incredibly helpful and resourceful when needed and I just can't thank you enough! You are the place I tell my family and friends about and I encourage anyone who needs help to go here.
