This place....... Honestly didn't know what to expect when I signed up. I had looked into them for over a year. You want an honest to God review like the one I needed to see. I've been on opiates since 16. I'm 33 now. Well as addictions do over the past 16 years the dose went up and up and up. I was staring to buy 100 pills(Pressed) every 2-3 days. Now when I read it I think ok some guy has been using a bit and can't stop. I consumed so many just to wake up, just to function and to sleep. It was almost like having a predator shadowing your true self. Now nolone to talk about myself but I believe I'm a pretty straight up guy, would help most people if crossed paths, but having this, like living in a shadow of your self. Your you, just altered in a way in which now you can't quit or everything will fall down......... Sorry this review is for ANR IN FLORIDA. Just wanted to give some background for compression. They talk to you in a way that made me so comfortable. Would never normally call and talk to sometime about my problem but this place is different. Had the procedure SEP/17/24. HAVE Never been this many days without a thought of taking a handful of pills. It's still early and I got some work to do on myself but now I can. This will TRANSPORT you right past all of it. The only work you have to do is take care of yourself properly. Good diet [was a little challenging for me at first, was really difficult to feel hunger], exercise. Thank you to The Doctor and nurses for not only getting me through something I didn't know you could honestly really leave but for being compassionate. If you feel you tried, and can't get through it, this is the only place to come. And with all things do your research.LIFE NOTE - Probably would not have made it without these guys. I ve been an intern here with my university for some time and it has been a great experience. The case manager and both therapists for day and night groups are fantastic and many clients here have been very successful

White sands has truly saved my life. I ve been to 7 other programs and have never felt the love and support I ve gotten since I ve been here! Shay the therapist is an actual godsend In helping me to heal and recover. I m a firm believer in my recovery now.

I transferred here from Pensacola about a year ago. I did my intake at the clinic in Pinellas Park and it was a mad house. I didn't know about the one in Tarpon Springs. As soon as I found out I came up here. I didn't think it could get any better than Pensacola clinic. I was wrong. All the counselors and nurses are all very helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant. My councilor Dee is a wonderful person and a great counselor. Also the clients are mostly friendly. I would encourage anyone needing help to go to this place and you won't be judged and will get the help they need.

I live in another state now. I came into this place homeless after having been on a 1 year drinking binge, facing 70 years in two states. Initially, I was only here to "hide-out", and then I began seeing all these people come through who had the hope of sobriety. After staying here for one month, I was sober, had hope and turned myself in, that was the start of my current 9 years of sobriety. This is not a facility that is here to make money, it is hardcore and no frills, but looking back it was the best rehab I ever went to, all these places with millions of dollar budgets should take lessons from Turning Point, I will never forget it.
