You will not find better staff and caring people anywhere else. My Son was suffering and Augustine Recovery Team saved his life. They are extremely communicative with the family members and very patient with the clients. They truly care and take proud in helping people (client and family).
First of all I wish to thank all the people at St Augustine methadone treatment center, Melissa W has been a wonderful resource and a kind non judgmental person, Shanice is the best supervisor they have, I have been through 5 of them, when I started going there I saw no light at the end of the tunnel! I was totally messed up, with no end to the pain, emotional train wreck, and sickness! I had resigned my self to the fact that I would never be normal again. But after sticking with the program and listening to the people and going on my journey I am back to being a normal functioning happy person! I want to thank Crystal, Cathy Deluchia, Brie at the dosing windows, Caroline the PA, and last but not least Valerie!!! You all have changed my life and I love you for it!!! This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I want to thank the people of Spencer's recovery for the fine work they do morning, noon and night to keep everyone comfortable and in good spirits. I would suggest to anyone having difficulty in daily life to seek help. It's here. They are here for you.
