Nurse Amanda, Nurse Kelly, Nurse Stephanie, were all amazing and kind people. But Tech KellY and tech Candy were both extremely rude. They offered no help to the elderly patients who couldn t walk, and would not explain things to them. My roomate was very elderly and was supposed to get out the day i m talking about, and Tech Kelly refused to let her back into her room to grab her daughters phone number, because she already knows the rules even though my roomate was in her 70 s and not coherent. I left a complaint and I hope something is done about it. I am one of 3 people during my stay that got extremely upset because of how Tech Kelly handled situations.
