We sent our son here over 10 years ago. He is still sober today. I pray he maintains his sobriety forever. We credit this facility and program coupled with our son's desire to get clean for his success. The family program was huge for us. We had no idea what we were dealing with until we were educated and enlightened by the experts here. There was group therapy for families without their person present, and also therapy with them included. Game changer. At the end of the program we understood what to do to help our son's recovery process. He received excellent care and support. He learned things he still uses today. We have our son back. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and support provided by Summit Detox Center. From the moment I arrived, I was met with compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help me succeed on my path to recovery. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always available when I needed guidance or encouragement.The detox process, which I was initially nervous about, was made as comfortable as possible. The medical team carefully monitored my progress and adjusted my treatment plan to meet my specific needs. I felt safe and well taken care of at every stage.In addition to the medical support, the counseling and therapy sessions were transformative. The therapists helped me understand the root causes of my addiction and gave me practical tools to maintain my sobriety once I left. The holistic approach, including group therapy, mindfulness exercises, and nutrition, really made a difference in my overall well-being.The facilities were clean and welcoming, and the environment was designed to promote healing and relaxation. I m truly grateful for the positive impact this center has had on my life, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate, effective help in their recovery journey. Dear Recreate and people interested in getting clean and sober: Recreate could not have been a better or greater experience, and will always and forever have a place in my heart and mind. It will, for as long as I live be a fond fond memory.. for the quality experience, for the comfort and fun had, for the many caring individuals I met there. I couldn t have been at a better place or surrounded by better people! Staff and clients alike! They were all so welcoming and ready to cheer you up should your day be a tiny bit off. The techs were everything they could be and more..compassionate, great at listening, real and personable, know what they talk of.. and are well informed regarding notes in the computer system.. but above all they are nice, and private and professional. A great plus..is that..probably about 97 or 98% of the staff.. have been where we were or are..and know the ropes and what is is all like and all about. All of them were chock-a-block full of good wisdom and advice should you want or need it. The other therapists were absolutely great, and my therapist, Katie.. was wonderful.. quite intuitive and ready to be flexible.. she s kind and an A-1 listener too! Listening well and then asking crucially accurate questions, ones that are quite revelatory and at just the right strength of thinking. They are very careful to do your paperwork properly too..as some places don t, and just rush through it. They take the time to get it right. They are great at accommodating you and your needs.. especially should you have forgotten something or don t even have it in the first place. I wouldn t have gotten sober at any place mimicking the greatness of this place.. only here. I feel safe here and unfortunately cannot return unless on the other side of matters. The place is, also, as far as I can see.. without a blemish of corruption like you may get elsewhere.The group facilitators are well qualified, Lindsay in particular, and are interesting, fascinating and actually care.. rarely did I find any reason to be bored or tired. My medical concerns were addressed promptly, with all care, and accurately.Eleycia, case manager.. was very knowledgeable and helpful. The alumni coordinators are so nice and know what they are talking about when it comes to meeting the real world again. They keep in great touch. Their alumni is so great and clean and the only alumni I d ever want to be part of. I got such an education here and a residency beyond all I could have asked! Do yourself a favor and if you are struggling, give recreate a call! It was a blessing of blessings!! Thank you all so much surpassing any ability of mine to vocalize it! Recreate is that place!! This place has an angel by the name of Anna who is so helpful and and was so persistent in helping my son commit to treatment that my son as of today has been sober and clean for the first time in a long time and has grown immensely in his life in less than a year. Thanks to this recovery center I have witnessed something that I thought was impossible to ever accomplish. My son is a changed happy, healthy and mentally stable man.
