Exceptional Care and Diverse, Supportive Team.(To Each Department & every Individual involved in -In-Take- process)I recently transferred all my medical history from another state to this clinic in Florida, and I am beyond grateful for their tremendous support. Despite facing some network issues, the clinic's team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Their dedication and welcoming approach made a big difference for me.What truly stands out here is the team. It s the most international medical team I ve ever seen, with people from the United States, Colombia, Croatia, Romania, and many other countries. This diversity brings a special energy to the clinic so colorful and motivating. The staff is not only co-living and cooperative but they work together brilliantly. It s inspiring to see them handle things as a team, and it makes me feel lucky to be in their care.There were some challenges, like fax issues, but they managed to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently. Their time management was impressive, and they handled each case with care. I have to say, this is the best team I ve ever come across. They make entering the clinic and going through treatments much easier, even though it can be hard sometimes.Since I m new to Florida and still learning about the insurance process here, I have already filed an application with ACCESSFL. I would greatly appreciate any support with the post-application process, just to make sure everything is on track. If someone could check in with me anytime soon, that would be a big help.I believe, with their support, I can beat this sickness. I am thankful and I truly hope that these amazing people are appreciated and recognized where they work. Their compassion and dedication are truly remarkable.P.S. Came in with traumatic hand injury on new years day. The staff is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, kind, caring, skilled, friendly, approachable, respectful, sincere, empathetic, and good company.

I have been to many different clinics before this one is a cut above the rest . Eddie is the director there and what he has done with this place is a blessing he treats people the way they want to be treated and cares. His ideas and changes that he has made were hands down very much appreciated and done well and has made my time there a very special one. SLA jacksonville Florida literally saved my life... I tried calling 4 other rehab other sober living places and they all wanted money for me to come to there places. SLA jacksonville Florida accepted me with no requirements besides the urge to want to quit using drugs. They didn't ask for any money , or nothing . They literally took me in with nothing, no clothes , no food , NOTHING. THANK GOD FOR SLA JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA #LIFESAVING

I have to say in defense of tradition house that Luke's recent post was in retaliation for him being told to pack his stuff and go, everything he said in his review was a lie and a complete fabrication. You're really saddens me how someone could sink so low as to try to tarnish the good reputation of tradition house. I believe it is the best and always has had the reputation of being the best sober House in Jacksonville. It is well-run, clean, comfortable and a safe and stable environment to rebuild your life. Humility and gratitude are key ingredients to a New Life. Hopefully Luke will get it one day! You know as they say, hurt people hurt people".

They were so helpful. I had an out of state dui and they were so helpful all the way the end of the process. They had to go out of their way to resent the certifications. Thank you so much!

The place is very clean spacious and comfortable, all the staff seem comfortable with their job title positions and it shows by the way they treated you with real compassion, with that brings a very low stress atmosphere facility for staff and the patience with mental health issues. The facility has programs that keep you busy all day, including time schedule for breakfast in a separate real dining room with clean chairs and tables with a modern stainless steel buffet style type serving where you get meet the cook, afterwards you get your morning medications along with group therapy in the private TV room so the noise does not spread throughout the facility, the place keeps you busy as you line up to go into a large Recreation room way down the hallway in another section of the large facility the recreation room has a basketball court weightlifting equipment arts and crafts and more. The schedule keeps you going as it is time for lunch and the food is excellent with hot meals plenty of food extra heapings and again you get the meet the cooks and thank them everybody is thankful and pleasant, the schedule keeps you busy as now it's time for afternoon medications for some patience, others get to smoke a cigarette outside and the TV room is always open, counseling and a doctor visit occurs with your individualized scheduling. You get your own room with a roommate and a private bathroom the kind nurse even does your laundry for you. I was honored to meet the veterans I was honored to meet the broken people and the homeless people, much was to be learned in group therapy, Wekiva Springs Center took care of those people and I believe that Wekiva Springs Center should be the blueprint of all mental health facilities everywhere.
