I gave a 5 star rating because Google Maps is absolutely wonderful. It's always extremely fast and extremely accurate.

Staff for in-patient were very pleasant and helpful. A lack of communication for medical treatment and care prolonged the stay. 3rd party increased stay by 2 days, but resolved after that.

My therapist, Ms Kathy Blue, is the best licensed mental health professional when it comes to therapy. She is proficient is grief counseling as well. Only issue I have is the new policy by Bridgeway that limits therapy visits to only 12 sessions (TWELVE!!). My insurance referral covers 40 visits and Bridgeway cut off my therapy visits after 25, citing that their new policy as of June 2024 was only allowing 12 sessions. I am giving my therapist Ms Blue the 5 stars, not Bridgeway itself. As far as Bridgeway (especially cutting off my much needed grief counseling therapy sessions), I would give Bridgeway and their new policy ONE STAR!!By the way, if you do choose to see a therapist at Bridgeway, PLEASE try to get an appointment with Ms Blue. She truly has the experience and expertise, AND you will obtain the BEST therapy experience!!

I feel for all the reviewers from a while ago, but based on my experiences in the last few months, going from CCN to VA Health. It has been infinitely better, and smoother. I really think this clinic (from the reviews) has turned around and deserves another shot.

I have never been to the FW-D Hospital before and had my first visit as an invasive procedure. I was nervous. The registration lady 2 days before made it sound like my check in process would take forever. It did not. Ebony, the phlebotomist, was one of the best I have ever had. The CATH Lab and my procedure was preformed by the most PROFESSIONAL, Caring, Kind, Thoughtful, and Informative Staff I could have asked for. I am so sorry I cannot remember everyone's name but they were all so exceptional and worked together like a well oiled machine. Delaney was my initial nurse. She was so kind and considerate and started me off with the great care I received through the entire procedure. Glen can start an IV like no ones business. Again, I apologize I cannot remember everyone's name but want the personnel in the CATH Lab to know I appreciated them and they are FABULOUS!!!

Not in door tet

I transferred around Fl quite a bit the last couple of yesrs and the panhandle area is without a doubt the most in need of quality MAT. THE ONE IN Panama city is the worst, long lines no phasing past 6 and you are treated like a criminal. Bei.g a phase 27 that was out of the question for me so I enrolled here. The people were great, the clinic was efficient clean and friendly my issues were that it was over 200 miles round trip and the biggest they stand there and watch you pee. I have shy bladder and was to the point of having to use a catheter because it was taking an hour or more to do a urine sample.I transferred to Tallahassee clinic the drive was a little shorter but they just pat you down before a urine test so that made it way easier BUT the Tallahassee clinic has huge turnover and currently just 2 councelors, they are more interested in squeezing money than helping even at phase 27 they want you to attend 2 groups a month, 4 so called physicals a year and so on...dont get me wrong, the counselors are good and want to help but it is obvious that they have thier hands tied by corporate.If lakeview could use cameras pat downs or anything other than the stand and stare method for tests i would transfer bsck despite the extra drive...yall PLEASE give that some thought i know I speak for others ss well...you have a really good clinic with really good people you shouldnt abuse patients and staff with this archaic practice.

I am forever grateful for this program. Since I've graduated, I have been sober and living in prayer day by day. I just want to think the program and God for giving me a second chance. I've gotten my kids back and just living my best life day by day!

I ve been a client at this clinic for 31 yrs now and I ve seen many staff members (program directors, counselors, doctors, nurses, etc..) come & go. But I must say they have some really good people working there now. Most of them are very professional, caring & empathetic. So, if you re tired of drugs controlling your life & seeking treatment, this is the place to go!!! Good luck and remember- Nothing changes if nothing changes!!! Good luck and God bless!!!
