As a person sent here for a evaluation through the judicial system, that I would say made that determination under poor unethical standards. I spent 4 weeks here after 3 weeks of observation I was given a evaluation which I passed and was released the following week. My personal experience from the inside was that overall much of the staff is very professional. Some are very young and I commend them for choosing such a challenging job. I have a new respect for this industry as the real challenges are the patients. Each one with their own challenges and demands and expectations can be draining on any human. The court education classes where very informative to the facts of law. Dr Heather is amazing as well as nurse Johnny Ms Myra, Ms Richardson and Mr Taylor. Although there is room for improvement, my overall experience was educational and safe. And in my opinion they are NOT over medicating people here the DRs and staff were very reasonable and at times I wished they would medicate some of the more severe patients for my own personal peace. I believe whole hearted that the operations here are being done well. Keep up the good work the world needs more people like you all to help so many in need. Blessings

We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. I loved this place. The only issue I had there was aftercare. But it wasn't entirely their fault. I didn't have insurance and there wasn't enough time for them to do much when it came to that. But if not for the way things unfolded I wouldn't be where I am today with more than a year clean and doing so well. The only thing I wish is that it was a longer program with more aftercare. Other than that this place was great, great staff above all else. And man the food was amazing. The two woman chefs are absolutely incredible!

Thankfully .I would like to give a shout out .to the person or persons. For opening a treatment center here in Tallahassee. Making it possible for others like myself to get there lives back .and with commitment and cooperation successfully recover from their addiction .New Seasons treatment center has been a God send in my recovery literally saving my life .and I am truly grateful .through out the time I have been receiving treatment there. I have seen alot of people come and go .some who were a delight to work with. And would go to the limits to insure that the treatment and recovery process .went as smoothly as possible .AND keeping in mind that we're not labeled as an addict . But a person in recovery .and that we to have day to day responsibilities and schedules that we have to attend to .like myself I am DISSABLED and I normally try to schedule my doctors appointments on the same day . That I have to go to the treatment facility .because there are alot of days that I find it extremely hard to just get out of bed .and when I do it takes me a lengthy time to get ready .and I am hopeful . But sometimes I have fewer good days and am in alot of pain .due to my disabilities.and it's extremely difficult for me to get from point A to point B . AND I would like to say thank you New Seasons for making it possible to be successful in my treatment and helpful in my recovery .and a special thanks to my counselor Mrs Nakeisha phillips. She always greets me in a pleasant manner and she is always professional keeping in mind that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect . And that I think is a two way street .she is also very helpful and compassionate with understanding of the patients current situation. Thank you Mrs Nakeisha phillips. I have had a few youths complete this program with remarkable results. Staff has always been polite, respectful and care a great deal about the kids. At first my youths complained how awful the place was, but after realizing they needed to be there, they did a complete turnaround and are doing wonderful back at home with their families. They later admitted that the place wasn t that bad, they just did not want to be there and were trying anything they could to be removed. They both have expressed how grateful they are to have been there and learned a lot. They loved their therapists too!
