I struggled with addiction and alcoholism for more than half of my life and have been to the point of no return it seemed. They really helped me to learn to control my emotions and cope with my triggers. The staff is awesome and very helpful as well as the counselors! This place is like everywhere else in the sense that if you don't want help, you're going to fail! So don't come here if you can't commit to helping yourself. I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting help! 5 stars from me!

Such an amazing, beautiful place! One of the few places left that allow patients to smoke and vape! I found myself again while being at twelve oaks and just wanna thank all the wonderful staff!! My husband and I both have been treated for life threatening conditions in the last 6 months and from Malbis ER to the PostOp floor at Thomas we could not have been treated more professionally or been cared for in any better way.
