Drug Rehab Centers in Apalachicola, Florida

I'm giving them a 5 because the receptionist went out of her way to get my daughter setup in the system because the online patient intake DOES NOT WORK do not waste your time. I've been waiting since last year for a call back. It's been a week so far this time but she said 2 weeks for someone to reach out they're understaffed and loom for help.

For such a terrible experience, I have never been treated with any more caring or compassion any where. In 2021, 2 strokes, back to back and Dec 24, heart attack. Did not meet an uncaring person in this hospital. It's nice to still have someone treat you as a person, not just a patient to be taken care of. There are several special people I want to mention, however all were exceptional. Leave it to say THANK GOD FOR ALL OF YOU.THIS TIME THE 5TH floor heart center and Er and step downs, last time the Er and stroke wing. Hopefully I can stay out for a while. Thanks for saving my life again!

This organization transformed my brothers life. He was lost in a drug addiction life for most of his life, until he found God in this center. Not only did it transform him, but it restored our family relationship and gave us a way to reach forgiveness for all that the addiction caused. He has an amazing life and a great relationship with his family now. It is all because of the change that this center allowed him to make on his own without the guidance of parents, friends, or family, but the guidance of Christ centered men who had recovered from similar addictive behaviors.

Amazing staff and it feels like they really care about you. Was a key point in my healing journey and wouldn't have gotten this far without them!

The reception ladies and nurses are all great and sincerely want to help our veterans. It's hard to get appointments there because of so few doctors. We do what we can.

Thankfully .I would like to give a shout out .to the person or persons. For opening a treatment center here in Tallahassee. Making it possible for others like myself to get there lives back .and with commitment and cooperation successfully recover from their addiction .New Seasons treatment center has been a God send in my recovery literally saving my life .and I am truly grateful .through out the time I have been receiving treatment there. I have seen alot of people come and go .some who were a delight to work with. And would go to the limits to insure that the treatment and recovery process .went as smoothly as possible .AND keeping in mind that we're not labeled as an addict . But a person in recovery .and that we to have day to day responsibilities and schedules that we have to attend to .like myself I am DISSABLED and I normally try to schedule my doctors appointments on the same day . That I have to go to the treatment facility .because there are alot of days that I find it extremely hard to just get out of bed .and when I do it takes me a lengthy time to get ready .and I am hopeful . But sometimes I have fewer good days and am in alot of pain .due to my disabilities.and it's extremely difficult for me to get from point A to point B . AND I would like to say thank you New Seasons for making it possible to be successful in my treatment and helpful in my recovery .and a special thanks to my counselor Mrs Nakeisha phillips. She always greets me in a pleasant manner and she is always professional keeping in mind that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect . And that I think is a two way street .she is also very helpful and compassionate with understanding of the patients current situation. Thank you Mrs Nakeisha phillips. AND I would also like to thank Mrs Sharon another counselor .who is EXPECIALLY another delight .she isn't my counselor .but she will always take a moment of her time to say goodmorning and ask how I feel .AND her smile could light up the room .and sometimes when my counselor isn't in .she will always assist me with whatever I need at the time .Thank you Mrs Sharon .for being the most kind caring compassionate and respectful lady that gives me hope that humanity still exists. And Thank you Mrs Pamela one of the most kind and considerate Nurses that is also a caring and compassionate and delightful person . I always try to go to your window. Because you have a way that helps me to start my morning with a smile God bless New seasons treatment center in Tallahassee Florida. AND all their staff. And let's not forget about Doctor Bell Thank you for always being a kind caring and compassionate physician .who has always treated me with kindness and respect. Thank you and God bless you.

My Grandpa was a resident on the rehab wing for around 2 weeks and while I was hesitant at first, we could not be happier. He felt respected and like he had his dignity throughout his stay. Staff members not only treated him with courtesy, but actually got him stronger physically and helped improved his overall outlook towards his decreased mobility. These ladies (and gentlemen) work so hard to provide an enriching experience for residents who live within their walls and they do it with care and respect. In my opinion they all deserve raises and more funding. I can't even single anyone out because SO MANY staff members provided excellent care.

Kindest and most understanding, patient people. Everyone is extremely understanding. Truly the people you want in your corner.

I needed an outpatient therapist. I found Emerald Coast Behavior. I learned how to better understand my emotions thanks to Dr. Zachary and Dr. Claire I would recommend this outpatient mental health to anyone who needs help.

Thank you to the staff of the pediatrics center! You made such a difficult time so much easier to transition through!

Great staff and they really seem to care

i would not be alive if not for this place. The therapist for adults here in the psych unit is absolutely incredible, they feed me very well, got me on a schedule and snapped me out of it with the help of good medication technique and understanding. i wish they would get their tech and nurse staffing in order, there are some people who do not need to work there unfortunately, but i will always be in debt to Angelika, Tim, and G (Gennifer). and DR JEN! thank you guys. you saved my life.
