This program honestly is a complete joke and I do not recommend it to anyone. The counselors do not try to help they literally sit there and police like it s high school detention. During 1 on 1s the counselor would try to tell me how I feel and not listen to what I have to say. They only accepted payments through mail during coronavirus and I sent $450 money order to them and they lost it/ said they didn t receive it and said I had to pay $850 right then and there or to leave the building. No sympathy what so ever for what s going on in the country right now or that the money order was lost in mai. It s 2020 update your system to debit card!!! The program director is very rude and unprofessional as well. I do not recommend this program for anybody I would give this 0 stars if I could. Worse treatment program in the DFW!

There is no real recovery going on in this program. The teachers treat you like you re a criminal, whether you are or not. One time a man was sharing his personal story and the group was trying to give feedback and be helpful (group therapy) and the teacher cut him off and yelled at him that he had shared enough. We would sit during group in silence while the 85 year old teacher organized her paperwork. The few months I spent here was a complete waste of time and more like high school detention than any sort of therapy or treatment. I ve participated in a few different treatment programs so I know a little bit and I knew what was going on in these walls was not only not beneficial to someone in recovery, but downright harmful!!!!!!!!! If you re not forced into this program, do not go here!!!! I promise you this is not a place for healing!

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

During rehab in Texas, you'll deal with underlying issues that contribute to addiction. By addressing these challenges and learning healthy ways to cope with them, you'll develop strategies that help you live a drug-free lifestyle.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

I have been going here for a few months now. At first I assumed it was going to be boring, unhelpful, and a big waste of my time. I couldn't have been more wrong. Since I've been going to these classes, I have started interacting more and more with each class. I have learned so much from the counselors especially my counselor, Ms. Judy. She is an amazing counselor, she will tell you how it is whether it's what you want to hear or not. She tells you what you need to hear, the truth. And it's amazing to hear some of the other clients stories about their past and the journey they went through to get to where they are today. I love this place!
