Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

The bald mean black lady should not be working there at the domestic violence women's shelter as she is not good with people. Upon arriving I was told not to go to her for anything cuz she's very rude. I found out myself how rude she was on to separate occasions within 6 hours. She kicked out 3 of us and all I did was ask for chicken. Chicken that a resident bought that same day and she took, the bald black mean lady took n hid without telling her. We were all going to make dinner together me and the girls. They were too scared to ask her for thoer own food. One woman is.pregnant. The mean rude bald black woman called the cops and made us leave. Clearly only concerned with her own ego and not our lives. So I am back with my abuser and I hope he kills me cuz people here in North Carolinas are mean rude and don't care about abused women or the homeless. People in North Carolinas are uncaring and only working for a paycheck. Since everything is a grant funded no one cares about the people just the money to look good on the news saying they are doing good things wen in actuality we are dying in the streets. And the supervisor would not even talk to us to find out the real story. She listened to the bald black mean rude lady's lies. So this whole town is just deplorable. I hope you see my name in the news that I was found dead by the hands of.my abuser. I wish I was dead anyways. There is no hope or help in this town. Just a bunch of black people who are high on thier little jobs of little power keeping the battered women and homeless down and treating us like dirt. I don't care who I offend. I was offended by this act. No one cares why should I.
