hospital iconPartial Hospitalization Program

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term form of intensive rehab, usually for those with acute symptoms that are hard to manage but don’t require 24-hour care. PHPs have structured programming (i.e. individual and/or group therapy), and usually meet 3-5 days a week for around 6 hours (i.e. 9am-3m). Some PHPs are residential (patients sleep on site) and some are not, so patients sleep at home. PHPs can last from 1-6 months, and some offer transportation and meals.

house-medical iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

house iconSober Living Homes

Sober living homes in California offers an intermediate sober environment that has less structure than inpatient rehab but more than typical home environments. This makes it a good option for those who have concerns about transitioning back to the "real world" after treatment. Residents can typically live at the halfway house as long as they want, if they are willing to follow house rules. These may include a curfew, chores, and maintaining a job.

Diana Ficklin has no idea how to run a business. She uses her help that she barely pays to do everything she doesn t know how to do. Diana is a sober person trying to make things look like she is, but she doesn t go to meetings (at least when I was there). She s a food addict and a shopping addict, and in my opinion a sociopath. She feeds off all her tenants weaknesses. Living there is like living with a sociopathic, controlling, abusive husband. If you don t have a hard constitution and a strong personality, don t live there.

I want to take a minute to just say what a blessing it was to be able to stay with faith recovery. Diane is the sweetest most helpful woman. She has been an instrumental part of my recovery!!!!

I ve been at FH for almost two months after spending five months in residential treatment. I would ve left treatment much sooner had I known about a program like FH. The house is great super clean, fast internet and a pool. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and doesn t feel crowded even at capacity. The outpatient program is excellent. Case managers and therapists are knowledgeable and have a depth of personal experience in sobriety.

I am so grateful for Faith Recovery. The program itself as well as the wonderful staff that work at Faith are, to say the least, life saving. They are humbled to share their experience, strength, and hope about their addictions and sobriety with any new face that walks through the door. I have been to many many different inpatient and outpatient programs, and Faith Recovery is by far the best one. They are good people here and they work a strong program. If you need to turn your life around and want help from like-minded individuals that will show no judgement and will support you through all of your accomplishments AND mistakes (big or small), then Faith Recovery is the place for you. Come join our tribe. :)

If I could ve given zero stars, I would. The program itself is being held up by only a couple people that have any genuine qualification or care for clients. The owner negates any positives there are. She is erratic and unprofessional. Known in the community to not work a program and be a very sick person. I can only describe what I went thru as being terrorized by her. If you are dual diagnosis- DO NOT come here. I have past trauma and struggle with mental health, this has been belittled, invalidated and made worse by this woman. The last straw was posting a please knock sign on my bedroom as she consistently barged in on my roommate and myself, sometimes changing (very triggering)..She will let you know that you don t deserve privacy in sober living . Heads up, she obsessively watches the cameras which have microphones as well. Not sure of legality on this, but I advise you if you re looking for healing and long term sobriety, find somewhere else.

Faith Recovery saved my life! The group facilitators are all amazing and each bring an individual approach to recovery that I greatly appreciated. The owner loves each and every client at Faith Recovery and goes above and beyond to make sure we are all taken care of and safe in our recovery. The therapist is amazing and caring and everything I look for in a therapist. I cannot say enough amazing things about Faith Recovery. My kids have their mom back, my parents have their daughter back and I have my sanity and life back, none of which would have been possible without Faith Recovery! A huge thank you to Diana, Devon, Jason, Vanessa, Paul, Kevin, Rebecca and Annemarie. I love you guys and feel the love right back. If you want to actually heal, learn and grow IN RECOVERY, this is the place to do that. It is unfortunate that some people choose not to get well and even more unfortunate that those people will continue to live in chaos and disfunction. Due to Faith Recovery I don't have to live that way any more!

I have been at faith house now for 3 and a half years. Diana the owner is one of the most considerate and caring owners of a sober living. I have seen many people come into the sober living and leave changed people. I ve grown immensely in my time here. I wanted to stop and leave a review because after reading the other review I can t comprehend how someone could get that impression of Diana, Faith House, or the IOP. The staff is professional, courteous and has all of the certifications to handle drug addicts like myself. Our house is clean, my roommates are awesome and I didn t know I could have so much fun being sober. We are drug tested twice a week and I ve never come home in almost 4 years and seen someone getting high which is a miracle for a sober living. I would recommend faith house to anyone!

Awful place of ill-repute with an equally crazy owner. She will steal your money. Even the residents who have been there long term will warn you about her multiple personality problems . If you decide not to stay its extremely difficult to get your belongings returned and not destroyed. The primary therapist is rude, condescending and uses antiquated therapeutic techniques. I had to clean the disgusting refrigerator myself to feel comfortable keeping my food there. There are much better and more reputable sober living homes in LB worthy of the price point.
