outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

alcohol iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

drugs iconDrug Addiction

Effective drug rehab in Washington integrates care for the whole person, offering comprehensive solutions to addiction. Treatment methods address mental, physical, and relational aspects of substance abuse.

check iconDual Diagnosis

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

mental-health iconMental Health and Substance Abuse

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

house-medical iconTrauma Therapy

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

One of the unique rehab center that measures the methadone treatment right. Not a fan of methadone treatment but at least its an option. Also, the staff is charming, I think they could be a little bit more flexible but overall a fantastic experience.

My best friend uses this clinic, though since the flood last winter it's mostly an outdoor waiting place for the minibus to the clinic in Renton.

It's been taking a long time for each visit since the pipes burst.since we have to get shuttled out to the Renton location. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon and it won't be a 2-hour to 3 hour hiatus each time I go. Today was pretty bad.

Employees are amazing people but the building itself seems to be falling apart its flooded right now and everyone gets to wait outside in the rain and then take a 15 person shuttle back and forth to the Renton branch and the best part about it is there's at least 1000 people dosing at our clinic so its really efficient jk NOT but I still love it

I've been going now for 10yrs this June. Some might frown on that but they completely turned my life around!! I was a homeless hopeless depressed addict on the verge of at times possibly contemplating suicide. I now am happy health under control completely drog and alcohol free. I even stopped smoking cigarettes after 26 yrs last April. If you allow them to help you it's the best place ever. I truly don't know if I'd be here today without them!!!

Because of the assistance this place gives to me, I have achieved almost two years clean and sober. I take my medications as directed and exercise a lot. All due to ETS(ever green treatment service). ETS is where I go to take methadone. I'm an addict and alcoholic. I have over two years clean. I do still smoke weed. Weed and methadone are keeping me from injecting drugs.

Evergreen Treatment Svcs is a powerful, empowering and comprehensive organization that offers an amazing opportunity for true health and happiness in recovery, for those who choose to take advantage of the many services they offer. In addition to the medicinal support and management, they offer acupuncture, group therapy, case management services, primary care on site with Harborview physicians, a clothing closet, etc etc etc.True recovery can be found here, for those who are ready to commit to it, and the support flows freely and consistently. I am so grateful and honored to be a client at Evergreen and to have a great relationship with the staff who welcome me and care about my struggles and well being. I have been to the many other clinics here, but they don't even come close to what Evergreen offers. They saved my life and I am forever grateful for them- And the amazing Friday 9am Smart Recovery group and all who attend and continue to teach me the skills and the perspective I need to move forward and thrive in my life of recovery. What more could I ask for?* A shout out to Sam, Dwayne, Rozz, Rachel, Mary, Sophia and Dona.thank you guys. for so much. for EVERYTHING!t.
