Our sister was taken in via ER yesterday, and while visiting with her today, the hospital staff was over the top friendly and effective in taking care of our sister and the whole family. (Laura was our nurse and was so amazing!). Thank you so much. Everyone was amazing from the nurses to the exray techs to all the rest.

A few weeks later bill for about 3600 for One Hour in er. The refused to bill her Florida Medicaid or travel insurance and have been harassing us with threatening emails. Brianna has limited social security income barely covers foodThey failed to bill her insurances two of themWhat a horrible experienceCan t collect blood from a stone hut could have collected from her insurances if billed timelyIf their cared about their patients they would have done things properly really 3600 fromHospital separate bill from er doctor separate bill for radiology and bill for inflatable cast that broke first day she used it ended up having to buy an elastic supportDo not go to this er Go to a walk in clinic unless you are critical and if you are airvac oit or you may get tuberculosis or COVID from the person across the way from you with opened door coughing uncontrollably with no real barrier between you and them. Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Professional services are often necessary to recover from addiction. Drug rehab in Colorado provides the expert services needed to address the complex issues of addiction and help individuals start their recovery journey.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

I feel like giving this place two stars is pretty generous. We were visiting Estes from Houston and my husband, who had already been battling congestion and a cough, and I stopped in because I started getting body aches, chills and what felt like a fever. I am currently uninsured but I wanted to make sure I could proactively get some help. One of the nurses was very sweet and warm but I believe the main one we dealt with got it all wrong. My husband said he was trying to make sure he wasn t coming down with pneumonia. She told us both we may be dealing with altitude sickness due to the difference in climate and altitude. Both of us have traveled to Colorado plenty and never dealt with that. I laid across two chairs with a blanket the first nurse gave me and the other nurse was talking to my husband for most of the time. When it came to my turn, she literally asked me all of maybe two or three questions and just told me to use over the counter meds. She barely interacted with me and yet somehow I got stuck with a $200 bill in the mail. To add insult to injury, my husband went to his PCP the day after we came home (which was less than 2 days later) and was diagnosed with pneumonia after doing X-rays. I was definitely not impressed with their lack of knowledge and definitely felt a bit upset that I spent that much money to get poor service from the nurse practitioner.

I had an ankle injury and was lucky enough to get in the same day I called .and see Dr Zeer, she was so kind, knowledgeable, listening to my complaints. After Xray I got to meet my new favorite nurse Linda , she works in the orthopedics office. These ladies had me moving and smiling in know time!!

After an ER visit to EPH, I m on the hook for the bill because they refuse to file the claim as urgent care. As a resident, EPH can go under for all I care- I ll drive to valley to see in-network providers if I have to.

I highly recommend if you can please drive down to Loveland or Longmont for your healthcare needs especially if you need to go to the ER. I unfortunately got the horrible experience of dealing with Dr Daley. He has zero bedside manner and asked me questions and then walked out the room mid sentence. I m not even sure why he still has his medical license after he has smoked marijuana on the job (which I witnessed in 2016) He does not care about patients at all and when I did follow up with my healthcare provider in Longmont her exact words were please go to a real hospital next time that place is a nightmare . Estes park health is the type of place you go if you want to die.. I would not even trust these providers to take my temperature at this point. If you want poor healthcare, incorrect billing, safety risks and hippa violations Estes Park is the place for you.I will say the only positive note is with the nurse she was very kind and kept apologizing for his behavior.

The care I received at Estes Park Health Emergency Room was excellent. The staff were very professional and quickly assessed my needs, placing me in a Trauma Suite and ordering a CAT scan of my head and neck which I had within 15 minutes of arriving at the hospital. Dr. Daly and Dr. Leigh were terrific and quickly eased my fears and provided excellent care. The nursing staff was exceptional. I will always be grateful. With 24 hours of returning home from this accident the medicl records were up and complete on line for my primary care provider to understand what had occurred, the treatment provided, and recommendtions for my future needs and care. Thank you so much. You were my Guardian Angels. Martha Staker (Kansas City)

Horrible emergency room.. horrible doctors.. Scott chew is a joke. I'll never ever go to Estes Park medical center again. I'm surprised they haven't closed the place down. Estes park needs a good hospital with people who are kind and treat one another with respect and are courteous.
