Front desk staff are rude and extremely unprofessional...my daughter was late being seen for her appointment, because the incompetent woman that checked us in, had no clue as to what she was doing and had us sit on the wrong side! I am fond of my daughter's PCP and one of her specialists, and that's the only reason they received a three star rating.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

The goal of family therapy in Indiana is to empower family members to effectively support their loved one's recovery. Therapists work with family members to develop the skills needed to manage stress and resolve conflicts successfully. This fosters a positive environment that is conducive to long term sobriety.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is a way of getting nicotine into the bloodstream without smoking. It uses products that supply low doses of nicotine to help people stop smoking. The goal of therapy is to cut down on cravings for nicotine and ease the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal.

The worst place where you can see yourself! They made an appointment for me to have some x-rays and when I arrived they told me that the place is not open to the public yet! I lost my day of work! And as if that were not enough, I make an appointment with a doctor and I get a completely different doctor who was not in my insurance network and now they want to charge me $630 for a simple routine checkup with a primary doctor! I AM PAYING FOR HEALTH INSURANCE, I made my appointment 3 months in advance! I call and they don't give me a solution! They are only interested in money! I don't recommend it at all!

The dentist dept here is a joke. I went in saying I had 2 lower fillings which fell out. I'm concerned of an infection prior to my back surgery in Feb. I sat down and they said which side is bothering you more. I said neither. They said I had to pick a side since they'll only look at one side. I'm like ok the filling on the left side missing feels like a bigger hole but I have 2 fillings missing. They did an X-ray of that one side and said it's close to the nerve and may require a root canal and we don't do that. If it was a filling only we could do that. I said what about the other side? They said they only look at one area. I said well thanks for wasting my time. Than the dentist came in finally (never saw her yet) and said what's the issue. I explained than said to her if I had picked the other side could you have done the filling on that since it's not as bad. She said yes but we're out of time. You need to make another appointment. She said we need to do a full exam but that's months out. I never seen such nonsense and lack of care or concern towards patients.UPDATE ..The Dentist felt the need to call me back saying I was disrespectful and didn't like this review. She said also I needed a full mouth exam which she couldn't do until Sept even though they set up an appt for Feb 1 now. When I asked why do you need a full mouth exam for just two fillings, one you already took a picture of she had no answer..just a lot of excuses and beating around the bush. She also made statements that were untrue like any dentist will take my insurance and said I should just go there. She doesn't have the time to take care of patients until Sept but apparently has enough time to call up people who leave bad reviews and give them grief. Never seen such a ghetto run operation with people who will call and complain to you on the phone if you leave a bad review. Just stay away. I can only imagine how poor of a job they do on your teeth if they treat new patients like this.

Trying to make a dentist appointment here is so bad. If you could get someone that will take appointments instead of hanging up on me would be great, instead of waiting on the phone and for them to pick up and just to hang up on you multiple times. Wasted my day trying to make appointment it is like this all the time, sad to say I might need to find a new dentist place and that is sad because I really like the dentist there. It is so hard when they don't want to even answer your call but to hang up on you. And if you go in person they are never at the desk I guess only when they pick the phone up to hang up on you.

They give you an appointment for a specific time, they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early, you arrive on time with everything they ask for and they let you in after waiting for 1 hour, this was my 2nd time visiting that clinic. For NOTHING I see this lack of respect for people's time well. They make an appointment for a specific time, they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early, you arrive on time with everything they ask for and they take you in after waiting for 1 hour, this was my 2nd time visiting that clinic. I don't see this lack of respect for people's time at all.
