Terrible company they charge you $600 for a 10 minute zoom call if u dont have insurance .you have to do your own drug screenings and they still charge you premium prices. If you don t have Medicaid most insurance won t cover it I switched from Blue Cross to UnitedHealthcare and they immediately Started sending me ridiculously high bills , So when I tried to go back to Blue Cross, as I was waiting for my insurance to end, they canceled my care they don t care about your treatment. They don t care about you at all.

Accepted Insurance

Eleanor Health works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one’s body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Programs

program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Clinical Services

Clients who receive cognitive behavioral therapy in North Carolina typically attend five to 20 sessions. During this time, they work with their therapist to learn healthier patterns of thinking, which can help them change their behavior related to substance use.

Men and women enjoy a supportive environment within group therapy sessions for drug and alcohol addiction treatment. You can share your experiences and build connections with your peers while receiving encouragement from individuals who have faced similar challenges.

You usually develop a strong bond with your therapist during individual therapy sessions. This helps you explore the underlying causes of your substance use in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Therapists help you develop effective coping strategies you can use in the community and improve your self awareness so you understand your addiction triggers.

This place thought it was a good idea to take my son off of a high dose of Valium until he had his next appointment! They wouldn t see him for a week. So I said Can you send in meds until said appt? They replied no, unfortunately we can t do that. We will try to get him in sooner tho! After two calls from me (one that I spent over a hour on the phone with) letting them know he was in a mental health crisis and being off his meds for about a week, he shot himself in our driveway!! This place inadvertently killed my son. He trusted them with his rehab and they let him fall through the cracks, let him literally loose all inhibitions, and his sanity. I beat myself up everyday for picking this place out for him due to the great reviews! I cry almost. constantly. They care more about their policies than their patients. Stay away. Far, far away. God forbid you miss an appt. It could mean your death.

Been with them since they opened ed they are very caring and as far as them putting u out if u don't have money well they didn't do that to me till my bill reached over 10,000 so that shows u how much they try to hang in there needless to say I'm back with them they worked out a payment plan and opened the doors. They are best place I've ever been to. Have alot of different things for u to work through. Mental health counseling, group therapy, etc.. they offer mental heath meds if needed along with your subs u do visits on screen . I mean what more can I say I highly recommend this place been 3 years almost I've been with them and love it as if it was the first. Thank I elenor . Only one thing I do have to say is yes when u get kicked out that's it they no longer will help u with meds . But why should they. ? If u been kicked out it's a good reason and they give u plenty of waring for when it comes
