The staff was friendly but confused. They told me my prescription should be at the pharmacy when I got there but they didn't even call it in. I called them back and waited another half hour before checking again and still nothing. They weren't busy so I'm not understanding why it's taking so long to call it in

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional about everything and seemed to have attitude because she s upset with her job. Most definitely needs an evaluation on her and she needs to be let go. White lady, heavy set, had red hair and glasses

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Michigan provides personalized treatment to help individuals break this cycle and regain control of their lives. Treatment methods are used in various levels of care, including inpatient rehab, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and standard outpatient treatment.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Very uncomfortable place to go! My son was seen and I am being ridiculed for him using cortisone ointment and noxema for my son skin! What are you serious as she looks him up and down and giggling at him. We will never go back there! He had eczema and has always used these products dugh that's why he has no out breaks or acne. Yeah we got the lavender dial, dove and Aveeno too. But we are here for his high temp and fever... and my red irritated eye did not look at eyes just ran her mouth and being nasty. She never acts appropriate andshe is very strange in behavior! My son say mom why that was so weird feeling? I say never again. Go elsewhere!!

Went to the facility for a TB test, after I called the clinic and was told that it would be $25. I waited almost an hour after I paid the $25.00 The person at the front desk was very unprofessional. Making personal phone calls. After being called back, I was told that I would have to have my weight and vital signs taken. First time having VS for a TB test. VS consisted of temp and pulse ox, no BP. Went back to have to read, another long wait. About 2-3 weeks later, I received a bill for $145.00 for an "outpatient/new patient payment." I never saw a Dr, NP, or a PA. Called the billing department, and I'm still waiting for a call back. I will not be going there again or recommend it to anyone else.
