Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

I don't understand is this company really helping disabilities or not and the communication is literally I mean literally is not ther at all between management and staff, I have my reason why I still working for this company, but it getting to a point that it is not helping pushing workers with serious disability and physical disability so hard, and not being told things that will cause chaos at a workplace, really believe this company is seriously slipping I really pray for this company to get better I really hope.

This company is plagued with some of the worst management I've ever dealt with and the disconnect between them the contractors and the human resources is unbelievable I recently was let go after having a mental breakdown I caused by the mistreatement and harassment I endured for 6 months by the nepotist project manager at the commissary in corpus Christi Tx against the project manager who created a hostile work environment where he would coerce and intimidate and harass disabled people into doing their job or his brothers whilst doing nothing and avoiding the actual responsibilities of his job, so as a supervisor or team lead I'd run around the store and pick up the slack and that quickly turned into me doing all the things he didn't want to do. I was micromanaged and boss around doing other people's jobs and then blamed for other tasks that weren't being completed. I believe sometimes in November of last year his manager became aware of the fact that certain things at work weren't being done to which he blamed me for and that he would receive a bonus if those tasks were to be completed. He then implied that I was hired to do all of those things which is not true he did not hire me and I was never asked to do that for 3 years and I would never have agreed to do so and prior to that day, those tasks were completed by everyone' that worked there. So for the last 4 months I was isolated undermined and overworked as a punishment for not completing an unreasonable task he attempted to force me to complete with with the sole Intent of profiting off of the my hard labor without realizing I was aware of the bonus he would receive for my work . I tried to report him to the regional management I even talked to her secretary I sent both of them emails neither of them said anything I asked for a promotion for the alternate project manager position that had been unfilled for a year and that if I was going to basically be doing his job then t deserve to be paid for it that I put my two weeks notice in if I wasn't considered for the position was told nothing and to my great surprise he had them hire his girlfriend to fill the position within 24 hours of me asking Jessica. it wasn't until I was being fired that I asked the human resources manager if she had been made aware of what was going on there so after being suspended for a week for which I did not receive pay I was still fired and found out that Jessica had done nothing to help. After telling her that I was disgusted and that I couldn't believe that they would allow these people to represent their company I was offered the chance to speak to the vice president Rebecca like somehow that's going to help. She didn't tell her anything she went out of her way to make me feel helpless like I was the bad guy to make me feel like I wasn't even wanted there. For what? trying to stand up for not just myself but the disabled people this company supposedly exists to help. I've never been so disrespected in my life the way these people treated me has changed my outlook on people and life itself the takeaway I get from this job is that I can no longer say that I've never been depressed or fired. I would recommend everyone to stay away from as long as he's in that management position and his girlfriend is beneath him you will have no chance of progressing in the workforce and it would be a waste of your time and efforts no one should have to be subjected to the treatment that they would no doubtedly endure there.

One of the worst companies I've ever seen and been employed by. A supervisor unsuccessfully tried to steal money out of my pay check and when I asked for a pay raise because I was the only disabled worker in my position I was told "I don't know". My brief time with this company was the worst

Very weird experience with their HRG in the past after submitting an application. I dodged a bullet because they always have the same HR roles posted, still. If this company isn't already doing so, I would like to see them hire qualified candidates, and ensure they are not letting any biases get in the way of hiring practices.

Response from the owner9 months ago
T.Y. - Thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts, we appreciate any and all feedback from our applicants. As you may know, we are a growing, national organization that is hiring for multiple roles within the HR department and the positions posted may have similar titles or job duties. The HR Team is a diverse group of professionals representing the diversity in our workforce with a mission-minded focus in our talent acquisition process. With all respect, we wish you future success.
