Never been here, but after seeing various tweets from their X account, I guarantee I never will. I found this rehab facility from a tweet of theirs that was replying to a plus sized persons post (shown in image), where they were simply asking if their bra looked good or not. Whoever manages the account decided to reply with We treat eating addictions at CrossPointe Recovery. Please, for the love of God, contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!! We can help cure you! absolutely disgusting. I can t imagine how the person felt after seeing that. Imagine being someone who struggles with your self worth and body image and a literal rehab facility replies to your post about CLOTHING saying they can cure you of your eating addiction. I m absolutely appalled that whoever manages that account thought that was an acceptable thing to say. Please do better. This is incredibly unprofessional and shocking to see come from a rehab facility.Out of respect for Melody, I ve censored their face and body <3Edit: at this point im not even sure if this account is run by this business or not. No way in hell would anyone but a troll be posting things like this :/ added three more photos because if this isn t you guys, Crosspointe, you need to get this stopped. This is embarrassing and inhumane

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) support a client's sustained sobriety as they exit detox or step down from an inpatient program. IOPs are also designed for clients who are at an elevated risk of relapse. Intensive outpatient treatment typically requires clients to engage in a minimum of nine hours of therapy per week, but clients may receive up to 20 therapeutic hours weekly. IOP treatment modalities often combine psychotherapy, recovery-focused life skills training, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).
partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
Commonly known as "day treatment," a partial hospitalization program (PHP) is an intensive form of outpatient treatment where clients meet during the day and return home in the evening. PHP treatment doesn't require 24-hour care and often serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization or a step-down after a residential program. With PHP treatment, you can receive daily support for 6 to 8 hours which includes evidence-based therapies and medication management. The cost of PHP treatment typically varies but averages 90 days.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal. The length of stay at the detoxification program is determined according to the specific needs of the patient.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts. It has been proven clinically effective for those who struggle with out-of-control emotions and mental health illnesses like Borderline Personality Disorder.

During group therapy, men and women learn to express their emotions openly in a non judgmental setting. This helps you process your feelings and reduces feelings of social isolation that are often associated with addiction.

Individual therapy for drug addiction includes a customized treatment plan that considers your history and life circumstances. During your therapy sessions, the therapist helps you uncover underlying issues and triggers for addictive behavior that support a holistic approach to recovery.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

I had been looking for a good reputable place for family but upon reading and talking with a couple residents. I will not be referring anyone here. It seems as though in the past things were good but it has went downhill. Lack of communication, lack of respect, care and understanding. These people are already struggling. They need people to be by their side not make it worse.

I came into the sober living almost a month ago. Since I ve been here I ve had someone go through my room & the owner brushed it off like it was no big deal. Then the owner hired a new management for the therapist & shes a complete stuck up, rude & VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL manager she made up a new rule & demanded my phone without me knowing the new rule or she was going to discharge me. She kicked me out and then lied and said I wasn t in class. I have VERY GOOD INSURANCE & this is how I ve got my treatment. They have people that live in there house not doing anything ALLDAY! Be very careful on what treatment you support! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CROSSPOINT SOBER LIVING & the treatment they give you! Very very unprofessional and they lie!

My close friend recently completed 30 days inpatient rehabilitation program at Crosspointe Addiction Recovery Rehab. The team and councilors were professional, understanding and supporting. Their residential rehab program itself was very thorough and treatment plan was tailored to suit his needs. Right now, my friend is clean, and on a successful recovery path. I recommend this rehab to anyone struggling with drug or alcohol addiction at Greater Los Angeles Area.

Response from the owner2 years ago
