I called Compass Recovery because I wanted to limit my drinking. I had been using a program on my cell phone to count my drinks and receive feedback on how well I was doing. I realized when doing this my counting skill was not at 100%. Being honest with myself about that made me think I needed something more so I made a call to Compass Recovery with the intent of learning how cut back.My experience at Compass Recovery was actually life-changing! I grew up in an environment where drinking was the norm. I thought that's what everyone did. Missing time, falling, and a few other odds and ends were part of living. This program taught me that not everyone uses a substance to cope with stress, anxiety, and past traumas. Knowing that was freeing. I realized I had been living in a cycle of addiction and denial for most of my life, and that it was ok to ask for help. I now know addiction is a chronic and complex disease which is treatable. Asking for help was the first step in my journey of recovery.I am grateful to Compass Recovery - Dino and his team - for this program. It provided multiple tools and real support where I could look at me without judging myself. I learned that I am not now and can never be a social drinker. Each day at Compass we discussed different tools and how to use them. I loved the center's holistic approach to recovery which combined art and music therapy, sound baths, outdoor activities and mindfulness practices. There's a wide range of creative outlets offered. These experiences helped me not only to get back on track and tap into my creative side again but also taught me valuable life skills and coping mechanisms that I continue to draw upon today. Learning new things, having new passions and interests is important.The community at Compass Recovery was amazing. Everyone is there for the same reason. You learn from each other. You support each other through the tough times and celebrate each other's wins. It s like having a second family. The staff was welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental and authentic, which made it easy to open up and be honest about my struggles. I'm so grateful I found this program. It really helped me turn my life around. I have contentment, purpose and joy again. I am no longer on automatic pilot. I live life consciously and that is powerful.If you're struggling with addiction or just need some support, I highly recommend Compass Recovery. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help you deserve it and it will be the best decision you'll ever make. I am forever grateful that I did.

Good morning, the attention that Ms. gave me is excellent. Yomaira, Mrs. Jackeline Prez, and of course my Dr. Quiana, excellent people, delighted, only one problem with the secretary Erika on the second floor, I didn't like how she treated me, nor does she say good morning to people, I shouldn't Being in that position, isolate her from people so that no one feels the way I felt, she is a person who does not have the aptitude as a person to treat others, I feel very sorry for her, it seems that she has not even studied with those manners

Doctor Clark doesn't know how to communicate at all. She gave me a ADHD extended release medication , and when I asked her to lower the dose or take me off the extended release because it was too high, she refused. Now shes trying to prescribe me anxiety meds for my ADHD. As far as the counseling goes, all of the counselors are excellent and have helped me allot. If u want counseling for your ADHD, I'd definitely recommend coming here. As far as the doctor, I'd go elsewhere.

Without Farrell I wouldn t have the life I have today. Amazing staff, amazing lessons and an amazing time being a Farrell warrior. If you re thinking about changing your life I would highly recommend FTC.

This hospital is simply incredible! My inpatient stay for Physical Therapy gave me back my life. Their physical therapists and occupational therapists are life changing. I went in after my third surgery on my right femur in which the replace half my femur and knee and I was basically helpless. The surgeon believed that I'd be an inpatient for at least a month, probably more. Jess, my physical therapist worked her magic and I was home after two weeks! I have continued my physical therapy since I returned home starting with three times a week, then twice a week and now once a week. Stephanie Gardner has been my physical therapist and has used her knowledge and expertize for my good. She is a wonderful, caring and gifted therapist! It is truly a place where miracles happen and lives are restored!

I see the amazing chiropractor, Kimberly Layman, at this office. As a provider and a chiropractor, she is bar none in terms of quality and care. She is the best!This reception desk has gotten better in terms of responsiveness when answering phone calls. The staff has always been kind and courteous to me during visits.
