I was having trouble with a medical bill and was getting nowhere. I drove to the hospital and spoke to April Lafleur who listened to me and took notes and made me feel better. The next day the situation was followed up by a Paul Giansanti who was a gentleman as well as concerned about my situation. What a stand up guy!!!! The next day I received a 3rd call from a. Dawn Silvia who also helped with this situation. The whole hospital was full of caring employees and a clean environment. They also took care of my issue! They saved my life and gave me a life I never thought would be possible. If you're questioning getting on the program then please give it a chance it's worth it. I went from homeless and jobless to having a beautiful home a beautiful career and a beautiful family and most importantly of all I'm actually happy. The only time I encountered issues with this program was when there was issues with myself that I had to work on. Once I figured that stuff out, the program became very useful resource for me, in fact the most important resource in my recovery has been ROOT and CCAR combined. So grateful this program exists!

Everyone who works at St. Elizabeth's from the administration, to the med techs to the support staff are helpful not only to the residents but to the family.
