I had a court ordered eval done here and they have been ignoring my calls and emails since January. I have been waiting since JANUARY for the eval to be sent over . I got in touch with Rhonda who runs conceptual counseling and have still been ignored. My worker completely didn t even do her job, she didn t call anyone that she was supposed to and then when I kept asking wrote some stuff down. The thing being that so much time has passed the eval needs to be redone. It is absolutely sick that a mental health place almost put me in jail for not following protocol (not getting eval done) due to their lack of professionalism. I strongly advise everyone stay away.

I had a court ordered eval with Jessica B, ever since the eval she has refused to answer phone calls or emails about questions, she was also 2 weeks late on giving me back my report, she has lied about some stuff on the assessment, she is very unprofessional and she also doesn t even know the own policies of the company that she sent me to sign. I definitely do not recommend this place

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Rehab aftercare programs provide robust, wraparound care for clients who have completed detox and/or intensive inpatient rehab. Their services may vary widely, but typically include peer coaching, relapse prevention support, 12 step program induction, career counseling, and related community reintegration services. The client's case manager and recovery team coordinates with the client to identify the rehab aftercare services they need to promote their sustained sobriety.
heart-hands iconIntervention Services
A drug intervention in Minnesota is a planned effort to persuade an individual to quit using drugs or to enter a treatment program. The intervention may be led by a specialist provided by rehab intervention services. This interventionist should have training in addiction treatment and experience in the mental health profession. Their expertise can prove invaluable in leading the intervention discussion and guiding the family in appropriate next steps.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug addiction is defined as an inability to stop using drugs even though it causes negative consequences in your life. Drug rehab in Minnesota provides treatment for drug addiction in a variety of settings including inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.
hiv-aids-program thumbnail image
HIV/AIDS Program
HIV/AIDS programs support disease prevention and management in high-risk individuals in recovery. Individuals who engage in intravenous drug use and other addictive behaviors are at a higher risk of becoming infected with HIV. Rehab centers that specialize in treating this population typically have a high number of nurses, physicians, and psychiatrists on staff who can make sure both their medical and mental health needs are met.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Dialectical behavior therapy focuses on four skills: emotional regulation, mindfulness, acceptance and distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Treatment involves individual sessions, as well as group sessions where you can start applying the skills you learn.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

When conducting motivational interviewing in Minnesota, the interviewer encourages clients to discuss their reasons for making changes and their need for change in their lives. The interviewer's role is to listen and reflect, to evoke conversation about commitment to change.

Trauma therapy helps you understand and manage your mental, emotional, and physical responses to trauma. Using therapeutic interventions, you learn to reframe the experience, which in turn reduces your anxiety and helps you regain control over your life.

If you're into going to programs and treatment centers this is the place for you! 1 drink in 3 years? congratulations! You need 4 months of treatment, aren't you excited? They just want to place you in a treatment center regardless of where you are at with recovery.

My husband and I had a horrible experience at conceptual counseling. We both went in for a court order rule 25 in the end of December 2018 and finally got our treatment plan it's now March 15th. Pam did my rule 25 and she was a very nice lady. My husband had another women not sure of her name but determined he needed inpatient treatment. My husband thought this was strange considering he and I had both been sober for 5 months so when he asked why they suggested inpatient His councilor told him it was because of a dirty UA and raised levels in his test. My husband told his councilor I've never had a dirty UA and had know idea what the raised levels ment and was never told this by the SW his councilor did think this was a little odd so then switched it to no treatment needed but then ended up leaving or quitting there and didn't finishing the paperwork he then had to go in for another rule 25 as did I. By now we have both been clean for 7 months. I was given 4 days a week treatment at 3 hours a day and my husband was given 1 day a week by a women named Rhonda that had made a statement that our social worker was really pushing for treatment for him. I guess I'm not sure why? Isn't that Rhonda's job? I fully believe that these councillors let P.O's,SW or others tell them what to do and should be ashamed of them self's. We are the patient's and you work for us! I worked to hard to become sober for these people to not do what's best for me or even believe me and take someone else's word over mine. If your just going to go by what these people tell you to do why have us come in? Save us the time and money!! Like I said shame on you. I'm not angry just very confused.
