I hate fact I stay off any other narcotics but methadone and still only get 1 week after 2 yrs should get monthly take homes with weekly counseling and random testing

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Treatments

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don t think it s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

If there was a zero rating they would get it , the higher leveled staff members are the most uneducated I have ever come across, they go through staff members both counselors and nursing staff regularly that would tell you or should tell you something, BEWARE.

My experience with this treatment facility has been outstanding across the board. Always treated with the utmost dignity and respect from the entire staff from the support personnel in the parking lot to the clinical and medical team and right upthrough the senior administration. I credit the kindness I've been shown from day one forward with literally saving my life. I will be forever grateful to these professionals. Unfortunately, the negative reviews seem to be the result of individuals that have difficulty with rules and that are burdened with a sense of entitlement that makes all things a struggle. There aren't any facilities of this kind doing a better job in my opinion.

If you are trying to get sober ,out of all the clinics this is the best around, very short time to get accepted and in, the counselors are very respectful and helpful, the nurses and the entire staff are super nice , it is one of the best clinics around, it also is a very clean clinic. They respect your privacy, it isn't like other clinics where you find people outside looking for new numbers and making deals, if you really desire to get sober this is the clinic to choose. They are busy at times, when this occurs they make sure to maintain your privacy, as they keep track who came in, and you sit in your car and wait your turn. The rules are posted everywhere, I have seen people not obey the rules then blame the clinic(it wasn't there fault) They do not tolerate, nor should they! racial slurs(i seen someone do this as he came in all messed up expecting to be dosed, and when they wouldn't he went off saying deragotory words, the staff handled it very well. If you desire to come up or down they ask your symptoms ,a new thing they are doing now is asking sponateoulsy how your feeling and if your dose is okay for you. people who go there and do not follow the rules should remember, we are the ones who chose to go there, we sought them out, they are only there to help us along the way of being sober! This is by far the best clinic around. I have recommended it to others, who have gone here,(over 10),and have successfully become sober.

When a clinic is only open from 7-8 am on a saturday, then closed for the next TWO days! AREN'T COUNSELORS SUPPOSED TO CALL THEIR CLIENTS, THEY OWN YOU, THEY HAVE NO MERCY. i SHOWED UP SUNDAY AND TODAY, WITH OTHERS IN THE PARKING LOT!! WONDERING?!?!?!?! Well I talked to my buddy and HE got a call from his counselor, but me? NOTHING, I've missed three days now because nobody called ME! We get persecuted if we miss days and dont return our bottles on time, but NOTHING happens to you when you dont call us knowing we're going to miss THREE days!!!!!!! You're and unnacceptable clinic PERIOD! You treat us like slaves, The only light in that place is Seba and Andy
