outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

inpatient iconInpatient

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) support a client's sustained sobriety as they exit detox or step down from an inpatient program. IOPs are also designed for clients who are at an elevated risk of relapse. Intensive outpatient treatment typically requires clients to engage in a minimum of nine hours of therapy per week, but clients may receive up to 20 therapeutic hours weekly. IOP treatment modalities often combine psychotherapy, recovery-focused life skills training, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Heart icon Treatment

alcohol iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

drugs iconDrug Addiction

Drug rehab in California teaches participants constructive ways to stay clean and sober. Treatment revolves around helping individuals stop using the substance they are addicted to and learn healthy habits to avoid relapse.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

substance-abuse iconSubstance Abuse

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

I have been working at Colton CTC for 3 years and it is the best job I have worked at in my professional career. The advancement opportunity from within is real. The management staff are encouraging and great at equipping the rest of the staff with the tools needed to do a professional job. The patients are wonderful and come to the clinic because they hear about real change taking place here. I appreciate and value my employment and look forward to the many years to come working for this great company.

I've been going to the clinic for years I've had my up's and down as of now I'm stable Yvonne and Jose are great. My consular Ryan goes out of his way to answer any questions, and if you're doing good with clean tests he gets your take homes in a timely manner . And Evelyn and Christina Maria are great they get the lines going Jessica is a great director and those of you that say the dosing nurses are rude there not it's the one's that put them in that mood.

This review is based strictly on my interactions with the call center admissions reps. I spoke to Michael and Nicolle as well, both of whom were very difficult to work with and extremely rude. I can't believe in a place where people are potentially on edge and maybe close to breaking due to their situations, these people are the first point of contact. I spoke to these individuals on 08/31/22 and 3pm and 3:15pm respectively. I am adding this information because it is my desire that a manager go back and listen to these calls and provide much needed customer service training to their reps. It is very unfortunate that this is the caliber of staff they choose to have represent their business and I am deeply sorry for any recovering addict who has to encounter this type service on their journey to sobriety. Shameful!

Very helpful.Maria M. is the best! No judgment and it s noticeable she actually cares. Jessica is great, also Michelle, Christina, Yvonne and Jose in the front, new dose nurse(I forgot her name sorry). (:Only reason not 5 stars is... Some of the *staff can sometimes be rude and not helpful. *Need to learn to work with the patients(people who are there for help) better.

I've been coming here for three plus years and it's great. The clinical director Jessica really cares about the clients, and Dr. Ruh is very thorough. I've been assigned a new case manager named Michelle, and she really impressed me with the way she completed my treatment plan. She's very personable and understanding and works around my schedule when it comes to appointments. Sometimes the dosing line can get a little long, but the dosing nurses do their best to keep things moving. In my experience, the security has always been friendly and are helpful keeping everyone safe. All in all a great place to get off opioids.
