Where do I start with Banyan? I was so nervous and scared to admit myself, but there was absolutely no need for me to be.Nurse Heather and BHT Tammy did my intake and they were so kind to me while I nervously swayed in the front area. The Director of Operations, Lexi, came up to the facility late to help them with it as well. It was almost midnight. They wanted to move as quickly as they could so that I could get in bed since it had been a long day of traveling.The next day, I was met with delicious food from the chef, Luce. Her cooking during my stay was INCREDIBLE. She made the best breakfasts, pastas, sandwiches, meatloaf and all the other yummy comfort meals I could think of. She is so good at listening and customizing for food allergies, etc.The director of nursing, Sara, has a wonderful staff. Christa, Heidi, and Heather were my favorites, though all of the nurses were very informative and caring. The Behavioral Health Techs were very kind as well. They were incredibly helpful and were always around to answer questions or even just talk when I was having a rough day.My therapist, Scott, was really my saving grace while I was here. He helped me really get to the root of my problems and open myself to new ideas and methods of treatment. I have a new sense of self after working with him and I will be forever grateful for him. The therapist s that taught group lessons, Kascee, Felecia and Dane were wonderful, informative and patient as well.The executive director, Mark, was always visible and available for questions and conversation. He was one of my first conversations and he calmed my nerves greatly.The head of maintenance, Bubba, was so helpful when I had any questions or issues with things around the building. My room was a little toasty and he made sure that it was comfortable for me and looked at my shower to make sure my wind down time at night was optimal. He always has the kindest smile on his face.They took us to the gym and the trampoline park while I was there. They had other activities planned, but I left before I could attend. They brought in weekly AA meetings for anyone who wanted to attend. We had game nights and karaoke nights and did lots of therapeutic art.I would highly recommend Banyan Castle Rock for anyone who is looking for substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment or both. I am a better person for attending and I can t wait to keep getting better with all of the tools that I learned here.

Centennial Peaks Outpatient Program is probably the best thing I have ever done for myself. I m 28 years old and have been struggling with mental illness for over a decade. When I first found myself speaking to centennial peaks about outpatient services I was experiencing acute psychological distress and a strong desire to put an end to my problems permanently. I was truly on the edges of reality, delusional, paranoid, depressed, agoraphobic, etc. I was at my lowest point.Centennial Peaks tends to focus on psycho education, which for me is a priceless resource to have because of the impact it had on my thoughts and behaviors. I am the kind of person who needs to have every pattern explained to me like I m 5 years old. Once I have a clear understanding of the pattern and how it s manifesting in my life, I can accept it and begin to change it fundamentally and incrementally with the resources provided.This is definitely a program for people who are sick of being hopelessly sick and suffering. If you are ready to have real solutions and resources at your fingertips, Centennial Peaks is a great place to start.Disclaimer: No matter how good the therapy is, you still have to do the work yourself. Simply attending group will have very little impact unless you absorb and apply the information that s being provided. The work takes place when you leave the hospital and begin challenging your negative self talk, and confronting your own self-limiting beliefs in real time. You might be surprised at how much of the real you is still in there, ready to fight for a better life.I d give them a minimum of 10 stars and recommend Centennial Peaks to anyone experiencing any kind of mental illness. I am truly grateful for my time here.

Choice House gave me my life back. The staff are great and have all been in the same place and are in recovery too. I loved the focus on activity and community building. The individual therapy was also greatly beneficial. I stayed the three months and decided to do the sober living program. I can t recommend it more. As a man who traveled to country going to different treatment centers, I would say that I wish I had found Choice House earlier in my recovery journey.

Like so many others unfortunately, after having 13 years clean I had a hand surgery and opened up the doorway to a relapse Luckily, it was only a couple months before making the decision to change my life once again I found my way in to CMAR, which is medication assisted recovery but beyond that, they do so much more after getting past that, the level of professionalism that you receive from the counselors, and everybody on staff is amazing! I was in multiple programs years ago . Nothing compares to this one! CMAR has saved my life!

RRRC is an incredible rehab facility. I received amazing care all the way from in patient to outpatient treatment. All of the staff and nurses were so kind and understanding and willing to help with anything that I needed. The therapists were also very helpful and provided great insight into our sessions and were incredibly knowledgeable. RRRC really helped me to regain control over my life and be able to find a new path and direction to head into. While I was a little hesitant getting into treatment like most, the staff at sandstone were extremely patient and caring throughout the whole process. I attended and completed the dual diagnosis iop program while in treatment the staff at sandstone did an amazing job to make me feel welcome and comfortable and addressed and concerns quickly and effectively. The groups were very involved and really challenged me to grow as a person. After treatment I ve been attending the alumni program that meets regularly and does fun events. It s been a really good way to connect with others in the sober community and to get the extra support when I need it. I would highly recommend looking into sandstone if your considering treatment or haven t found a place that s right for you.
