Where do I start with Banyan? I was so nervous and scared to admit myself, but there was absolutely no need for me to be.Nurse Heather and BHT Tammy did my intake and they were so kind to me while I nervously swayed in the front area. The Director of Operations, Lexi, came up to the facility late to help them with it as well. It was almost midnight. They wanted to move as quickly as they could so that I could get in bed since it had been a long day of traveling. The next day, I was met with delicious food from the chef, Luce. Her cooking during my stay was INCREDIBLE. She made the best breakfasts, pastas, sandwiches, meatloaf and all the other yummy comfort meals I could think of. She is so good at listening and customizing for food allergies, etc.The director of nursing, Sara, has a wonderful staff. Christa, Heidi, and Heather were my favorites, though all of the nurses were very informative and caring. The Behavioral Health Techs were very kind as well. They were incredibly helpful and were always around to answer questions or even just talk when I was having a rough day.My therapist, Scott, was really my saving grace while I was here. He helped me really get to the root of my problems and open myself to new ideas and methods of treatment. I have a new sense of self after working with him and I will be forever grateful for him. The therapist s that taught group lessons, Kascee, Felecia and Dane were wonderful, informative and patient as well. The executive director, Mark, was always visible and available for questions and conversation. He was one of my first conversations and he calmed my nerves greatly. The head of maintenance, Bubba, was so helpful when I had any questions or issues with things around the building. My room was a little toasty and he made sure that it was comfortable for me and looked at my shower to make sure my wind down time at night was optimal. He always has the kindest smile on his face. They took us to the gym and the trampoline park while I was there. They had other activities planned, but I left before I could attend. They brought in weekly AA meetings for anyone who wanted to attend. We had game nights and karaoke nights and did lots of therapeutic art.I would highly recommend Banyan Castle Rock for anyone who is looking for substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment or both. I am a better person for attending and I can t wait to keep getting better with all of the tools that I learned here.

My journey with Centennial Mental Health was a transformative experience that taught me the importance of prioritizing mental health. Despite facing challenges during my time there, I am grateful for the lessons learned and the support from my exceptional therapist, Bonnie and Boss Abby. My experience showed me the value of self-care and seeking help when needed. Although I encountered difficulties, I still believe in the power of mental health treatment and hope to inspire others to take control of their well-being. I had to myself and that is why I left as an employee with Centennial.Centennial mental health will no doubt help you in many different ways like they did me! I still believe SOME of Centennial cared and understood me in my personal journey in striving to be a better, true to self, and not feel worthless one more day and that I do in fact matter!Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to centennial in December due to not being able to be a client while being an employee. I did not receive any help whatsoever on the transition and with my diagnosis that was not fair and very unethical! I tried to get myself the help and find what I needed to continue to be in a successful journey with my mental health. Unfortunately I crumbled, I could not see nothing in front of me. I declined so bad that I'm still surprised Centennial mental health did not pick up on that. Unfortunately my cup was empty. I was nowhere in a good position to still be an employee with Centennial. That is why I had to walk away.I will still stand by them as they have given me so many tools, and strength to deal with my own personal battle with mental health. Thank you so very much Bonnie and Abby for teaching me that I am worth a lot and I choose to be the one that is happy! And also stop overthinking everything and feelings are not FACTS! I will never be ungrateful for that and that is why I still stand and say that centennial mental health cares and their program works!

I have read all of the reviews and I would like to leave a different perspective than the 1 star reviews. I have been a patient somewhere around 6 years of North Range. In that time they have always treated me with care and respect. I too have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time here and there. However, I want to put this into perspective. Some patients have requirements that need to be met in order to continue to refill medications: keeping up with their regularly scheduled appointments or maybe it is a type of mmedication (narcotic) that requires a monthly review. That is not a failure of the staff. It is a behavioral health organization. They have rules and regulations to follow in order to protect their patients, especially the ones on medication. In my own experience, it was almost always some failure on my part when meds weren't filled on time. I have always been treated extremely well, even a couple times I was a little short over meds not bring filled on time. My best advice: if they set up a treatment plan with you, DO THE WORK. KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. FOLLOW UP...and you will have a great experience just like I did!!!

Continuum was able to help me break through to the heart of my addiction and trauma by connecting with others in my IOP group that I now consider family. George is the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has shown me ways to cope with not just daily struggles, but the deeper issues that have had long term effects that sometimes I am not aware of. By creating a place of safety and comfort, I am now able to say I do not fear recovery or connection with others anymore - and that is 100% due to George and Continuum. He truly cares about the people he serves, and I have never felt so much love from someone outside of family (which I now consider him). If there ever was a place to discover connection and healing, it is Continuum.
