This is a horrible place for a CNA to work because all they do is gossip about each other, the nurse supervisor sleeping with the CNAs, pain management doesn't treat you like a human being. They allow personal feelings to come between each other instead of professionalism. The two owners are not nice, and they don't know what they're doing. If you're looking for employment, don't go here.Thank me later!

i really just wish these former employees would take accountability for being let go and stop blaming management and the facility because ultimately it just hurts the residents when good employees don't apply because they believed all this negativity and nonsense i'm so sorry that chronic absenteeism and sleeping on the job is not acceptable behavior when human beings in need of care are involved please stop spreading lies you're only hurting the people you were supposed to take care of

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient rehab physical therapy is designed for patients who are in need of physical therapy due to an injury or serious medical condition but are independent enough to receive these services while living at home. The focus of outpatient physical therapy is helping people improve their mobility and quality of life, so they can get back to daily activities. Visits tend to be between 40 and 60 minutes, with additional exercises that a patient can do at home. An outpatient physical therapy clinic may also offer other services such as aquatic therapy, biofeedback, massage, and more.
inpatient iconInpatient
Inpatient rehabilitation is typically recommended for people who have complex medical conditions where they are recovering from a serious injury or a stroke and would benefit from a multidisciplinary approach. Inpatient rehab physical means that the patient sleeps at the hospital or an inpatient rehab facility due to the severity of the injury. During their stay, the patient receives treatment from medical practitioners for several hours a day. It’s ideal for people who have experienced a serious medical event and require inpatient rehab physical therapy before transitioning back to life at home.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
lgbtq-program thumbnail image
LGBTQ Program
Recovery is most successful when clients feel accepted and validated by their peers and treatment providers. Facilities that offer LGBTQ-inclusive programming are committed to creating a safe space where everyone can grow and recover without fear of judgment or discrimination. They will have dedicated policies in place to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters free expression.

Clinical Services

Group therapy offers insight into behavioral patterns and triggers. This can lead to a better understanding of your addictive behaviors, which in turn promotes sobriety and sustainable recovery. You can share your experiences and strategies you use to overcome triggers and learn new strategies from your peers.

Individual therapy uses evidence based treatment modalities to focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance between yourself and your therapist. This crucial relationship fosters trust that enables you to discuss your struggles and work together to develop effective strategies to overcome addiction.

Family therapy sessions work to strengthen the family unit by addressing addiction related conflicts and fostering support between family members. Your therapist guides family members in developing effective communication strategies and creating an environment that aids in your loved one's recovery.

Cobalt Healthcare is a small facility where patient care is generally good your loved one will be fed good and safe mainly due to the dedicated CNAs ,Dietary staff and physical therapist who work very hard despite challenging conditions. The patients are handpicked and pleasant . However, it s worth noting that there is a lack of diversity among the patients, with only ONE demographic represented which may limit the variety of patient experiences and perspectives.Unfortunately, the work environment is quite toxic. There s A LOT of gossip which fosters a sense of distrust and division among employees The constant stream of negative talk undermines morale and contributes to the high turnover rates and overall unhealthy work environment. there are two owners (brothers ) One is the administrator who seems very mentally disorganized and inconsistent. The other acts more as an overseer, making inappropriate comments to staff and contributing to the toxic environment.During my time there, which was relatively short, the facility went through three different Directors of Nursing (DNS). The current DNS lacks empathy, which is surprising given her role, and the management s approach to letting staff go often without clear procedure is unprofessional and should be looked in to by the EEOC as it often appears to be driven by personal feelings from management rather than objective. While the staff do their best under difficult circumstances, the management creates a stressful toxic work environment where it feels like you re walking on eggshells. This is not a place for long-term growth but rather a temporary position to supplement income.

This place is absolutely horrible do not bring you loved one there. There was a structure fire there years back. Mind you that unit is still blocked off. Nothing was done to restore it. The place is run down. The two brothers only care about themselves, money and power. Not the actual residents. At one point they were serving and prepping the meals out of a food truck. Get new owners who actually care and have a heart. If not place should be shut down for good!!!!!
