About Coastal Bend Outpatient Services
Recovery Monitoring Solutions is a drug and alcohol rehab provider for adults located in Corpus Christi, Texas. They offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient (GOP) and aftercare treatment options in both English and Spanish. They also offer anger management courses.
Their IOP is based on a cognitive-behavioral model and includes a 12-step modality. This program ranges from 4-10 weeks and takes place during evenings, four times a week. Treatment will include education, therapy, relapse prevention and introduction to twelve-step programs.
The next phase of the program is the GOP. Here, clients attend evening sessions twice a week for 4-10 weeks. Here, individuals continue their recovery journey and begin to embrace sobriety.
The final stage of the program is aftercare. This phase can last anywhere from 12 to 52 weeks. Individuals will meet once a week in the evening. There is also an optional hour-long monthly counseling session
Recovery Monitoring Solution accepts many major insurance providers, such as Magellan Health, Kaiser Permanente, Bright Health
and others. Contact your provider to verify coverage because out of network benefits can vary.

Levels of Care
Intensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.
Outpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
Aftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
