Posting the gist of my old review because for some reason they were all deleted ...I was here in 2016 or so and have a psychotic mental disorder. Dr. Bower (I don't remember his name exact) believed I was faking and refused to listen to any of the things I said. This lead to me not getting the help I needed. The place was in disrepair and a cabinet was flaking off shards of wood, I did not actually put any effort into getting a piece of sharp wood, they were easily visible and accessible. I used one of these shards to harm myself and then here's the worst part, worse than the malpractice of the lead psychiatrist. They criminally charged me with property damage and made me pay for the already dangerously broken cabinet! I don't know how this place is allowed to operate or how the lead doctor still has maintained his licensure given his absolutely awful malpractices. He should really actually go to the psych conferences he pretends to go to instead of a lady of the night.Do not willingly go to this place under any circumstance. You will be mistreated, criminally charged, and forced to pay for their corner cutting to push a bigger salary to the useless fools who run this "nonprofit". I hope that there is never a worst case scenario at this place, but I'm sure there will be.

Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

All of the nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful and the food was amazing. The only downside was the lack of programming on the weekends and no family visits due to covid.
