I have been seeing my therapist for over a year now and I am very happy with everything. I recommend Clearview to anyone seeking help. Finding a therapist that works well for and with you is difficult and I feel blessed to have found this one.

This place saved my life. After my husband died I didn't think I could make it, but the therapist I hooked up with was one of the best I've had, and I've been at this for quite a while.

We understand that therapy can be a challenging process and we strive to support our clients through their unique goals. If we had been aware of a client-clinician relationship that is not ideal, we could have explored a re-assignment to another provider that was a better match. If you would like to discuss your concerns and get reassigned we are happy to talk. Either way, we wish you well on your journey.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

This practice is more worried about the money. They asked for my insurance cards. I sent it twice, they couldn't get it right. They asked again and I Fwd the original email. They don't answer the phone or return calls and when you are down and out their support system sucks big time. If I could rate Clearview with a big "0", I would but I am not given that option.

If you ever have to go here for services and are serious about help make sure not to get the video service, I was not happy with it. I was also supposed to see a physiatrist and never got to see one so it was nothing but a waist of insurance money.

If I could rate this lower than a one I would. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Let me start off from the beginning. My first "therapist" Hattie, saw me all of 3 times before she decided to send me a text message saying she was "quitting the practice because of how they run things there." Honestly that should have been my red flag to stop going here. Then after being put back on the waiting list I have problems with their "billing department" which is just one person who never answers her phone. It look over 3 months and multiple phone calls for me to hear from them. If you want your money, you need to call me back. Again another thing I should have seen as a red flag. I finally get a call from another "therapist" honestly I don't even remember her name, I think it was Danielle or Chelsea or something like that. She couldn't remember a major, if not the primary cause of my mental health problems just 10 minutes after I told her. I even said to my husband and a relative that I didn't have high hopes for this one either. After seeing her 2 times, I had another appointment which was scheduled for 4pm on a Wednesday. Around 2pm, after having to confirm my appt, because I heard nothing from this woman, she texted me asking if I could come in at 3:30pm. I moved my schedule around because my mental health is important to me. I drove 30min out and got to the parking lot at 3:15pm and she texted me saying that "she double booked and asked if I could wait till 4:15pm". At this point I have been so fed up with this place that I simply replied "I'm not going to wait in the parking lot for an hour and I don't think I'm going to continue my therapy here, too many problems" It is hard enough for people with mental health to reach out and ask for help, and then when they do they get treated like this. Not all the time, but unfortunately I was treated very poorly and unprofessionally here. I urge people to read my review and find some where else to go so this doesn't happen to anyone else. This place and everyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves.
