I can not get anyone to ever call me back. My medicine for next week still hasn t been ordered. I ve called 4 times now and no one will talk with me to address this. Contacting the president of the US is easier to do than to reach someone at the FW office.

Start visiting this place voluntarily after having a minor alcohol related boo boo. Thought maybe it was time to reign in the occasional bing drinking at the lake. Never been addicted to opioids or any other drugs of that nature. Not a user of crack, meth, cocaine, ect. and never will be. Did enjoy the occasional gummy bear from time to time though and dabbled in cbd products for chronic pain and sleep issues. I explained my situation clearly in the 3 -4 months I was there. Not looking for a health provider, I already have one. Thought maybe some individual therapy might be of help or maybe some sort of alcohol assessment be done since the court will probably request that eventually. Only recently was I told they don't even offer that there. What good does peeing in a cup for the rest of my life do?? I was 2 or 3 minutes late for an appointment one time because I got stuck in road construction. No need to make a big deal of it. I don't make a big deal of waiting around for you guys because your short on help. I once had to wait around until they were able to find someone available for a video call from another facility. Missed a random once because I was out of town. They left the notice on my home phone. Had to remind them a few times I was not going there because I was court ordered. They need to quit acting like it. I'm not on parole. On one visit I was told I did not pee enough and would have to come back, even though a few tests prior I barely filled the bottom and that was fine. Had to remind them I don't need to pay to have my pee tested for THC, I'm not there for that. Gummy bears aren't ruining my life so quit acting like they are or will. This place makes me want to drink more often, but no worries, I'm not going to.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Amanda is my favorite!!! She gave me the information i needed to make the changes necessary for my life. Ik theres controversy about the meds but if it keeps people off the streets from overdosing and can give them some sort of normal state of mind which is not possible with addiction its for the better. it gives people hope a change is possible and theres a better way to live

It's been several months since I've been here, maybe things have changed. This place treats you like a drug addict. When you first walk in the people at the window are rude and have an attitude problem. Then when you walk through the back hallway and stand at the bell it's hit or miss if the tech will have a bad attitude as well. Fine, cool, whatever I can handle that. I noticed the last 2 times I took a urine sample that it looked like the seal had been tampered with. I wish I would have spoken up. I (allegedly) ended up testing positive for hydrocodone or some kind of opiate but not heroin. I never actually saw any test results with my own eyes, just what Katie told me. Katie then gaslighted me and said "maybe you took a pill from someone when you maybe had a headache." Mind you when I first came here I had already been on subs for a few years. No ma'am, you've got the wrong one. They will also scrutinize your levels and say you aren't taking your medicine properly. They have a 45 min process to take your meds. LOL. This place is insane. Save yourself and just go to the Bowen Center where you wont be treated like a drug addict.

Been going there for 4 years. I have tolerated ALOT and kept my mouth shut out of respect for Melissa the district manager. But today I had enough. Everytime I walk in there the younger secretary is annoyed that she has to put her phone down to greet me. Horrible customer service from the moment I walk in there come on this side in a demanding tone. Now I m grown adult I am a very busy traveling salesman across town to go to these bi weekly appointments when my drug screens have NOTHING I shouldn t be taking on them. They are clean. I showed up two minutes late today im never late but I was stuck behind a semi on state blvd. They threatened to reschedule on me. This place was not the same friendly place I saw it 4 years ago. The nurse practitioners talk down to me like im a child. I get it you deal with a lot of bums and it s hard to switch to professional mode when talking to another RESPONSIBILE CLEAN ADULT professional adult. I ve done everything I ve been told the way these people treat me doesn t change. I missed a random because they called me once during my busiest times of the year I do 4 sales appts I day I told them not to schedule me ransoms during march. I walk into today and she tells me that I have to come weekly because I missed a random. I m not some bum that lives with his mom and sells his pills. I m a responsible adult that has to work for a living. I am happily switching to their Competitor to continue my treatment where I m treated like an adult not a toddler. Even after I told themI was canceling all future appt not once did clean slate call me to apologize. Good riddance
