I just want to thank you for all that you have done for me I came in there hopeless wreckles I was at the bottom I broke my neck I realized I needed help so I opened up carried me on a journey that is unbelievable it's happy freedom you know you're like my family now I just want to thank you for everything it was a blast it happened so fast the therapy sessions are very great the groups are you're great staff gave me a home gave me food you know help me around when I didn't have nothing to help me become the man I am today without you I couldn't have done it Ialways thought I'd never change until I got to your programthank you so much I will be sure to tell everyone about your program I have a lot of people done here that need help I love y'all it was so much good vibes gratitude and just to much to explain they have every thing for any kind of problem mental health IOP PHP residential I mean they take care of us like we are kings I'm already wanting to come back it was the most favorite thing in my life

I am beyond grateful for Solutions 4 Recovery. From the time I made the decision to call them to get help, they have gone above and beyond to make my recovery possible, exciting, and successful. They have wonderful group facilitators that keep a constant theme of recovery, while creating a safe environment for clients to open up in group therapy. We get taken to many excellent 12-step meetings; the recovery in this area is over the top amazing. The houses clients live in are beautiful, beyond what words can say, and very comfortable, homey, and lively. Overall, this program has changed my life forever for the better. I came to treatment with very little hope for a future for myself. Capo has been patient, kind, and loving to me, at a time when I was none of those things to myself. The entire staff, in more ways than I can count, is a significant part of the success in my recovery. To Jacqueline, Director of Detox and house manager for the girl s house, is without a doubt the most inspiration women I know. What she has done for me in my time here I will never forget, and I couldn t think of any women better fit to be someone to lean on during recovery. To Jeff, for always keeping things real, giving great advice, and being an inspiring example of success in recovery. To Toni, thank you for all the education groups on recovery, hearty laughs, compassion, strength, and hope. To Amanda, for showing me it is completely and totally possible to be happy in recovery and have fun again while in recovery. To Bill, my boyfriend and my couples counselor, for getting my relationship on a beautiful path after just about destroying it in addiction. To Lauralee, my therapist, for guiding me through this whole process, allowing me to feel safe, helping me to forgive myself, and always reminding me it is okay to make mistakes. And to John, the owner, for always saying hi to me, asking how I am, what s new; I ve never known another treatment center where an owner cares so much about the clients. I wouldn t have wanted to end up anywhere else besides Solutions for treatment.

Monarch Shores exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing they helped me through my detox which was one of my main concerns. The staff at my house was very attentive and caring and genuine. I would recommend Monarch Shores to anyone considering going to a rehab I have been to to rehabs prior and they were horrible. I think Monarch shorts for saving my life this place is amazing!

My experience at hope by the sea was great. I went in to do 30 days. The detox was ok. It was not a house but that s ok. It was a duplex. It had a side for girls and a side for boys . I had 1 roommate. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the only issue was that there was limited food besides the lunch and dinner that they bring which is only Monday through Friday. They do not serve food on weekendsbut they had little things in the kitchen but definitely could have been a little more but it s tolerable. I m vegetarian and they did provide me vegetarian meals. The meals aren t fantastic but they were good enough and sometimes I actually really did like them. I went into residential after detoxing and the house was really nice. It had some things that needed to be fixed but nothing major. All the workers seem to really care and would give good advice. Catherine, Dylan,Alexander, were my favorite workers for sure! Miss you guys already and my sober family They take us to aa meetings 1-2 times a week and would take us shopping Saturdays. We would do group counseling Monday through Saturday from 9-4 . Saturdays from 9-12. Mondays and Wednesdays you had the option of regular group or pastor Pete which was a Christian group. He explains the word of good in ways you can understand. Sundays you can either go to church or the gym. Overall I definitely would recommend this place. I did see other reviews were saying they don t let you take your prescription meds and I did see that with a friend there. So be sure to ask about that before coming. I made sure to ask a lot of questions.

I I am home from a 21 day stay, and I can not possibly say enough about how wonderful my care was, and how transformative this experience has been to my recovery and my life in whole.If you are reading this, you or a loved one are probably in need of help, my heart is with you, you CAN recover from the hellish trap of substance use. Please stop reading and call Chapters, they are the best you will ever find and they will help you today.I knew, most importantly that I needed a place that could specifically treat the things in my life that threatened my sobriety.Chapters Capistrano came up right away in my search for its gorgeous amenities and outstanding ability to individualize treatment needs. One wonderful difference from most is being able to keep your phone the whole stay.The company is large with resources beyond belief.I had an unbelievable amount of input and choice in my care plan.Going to treatment is scary, and trying to understand how you are going to stop, is the most confusing and complicated feeling you will ever have, but I promise Chapter s offers. I felt like a guest on a beautiful wellness retreat, and so did all of the other clients in my home, even the ones who came in drunk. The staff go to every length to make sure that even tho you are there for treatment, you never ever feel like a patient .My insurance would not cover my treatment b/c the medical necessity wasn t there, so I had to pay cash. I would pay it all over again. I have been in therapy once a week for several years, and it has been incredibly helpful, but the intensive therapy I had while being at Chapters, was so much help that I didn t even know I needed, b/c life was good without substances anymore.The food was fabulous. We could order take out if we wanted. We had DoorDash ice creams on a whim and made s mores in the fire pit on the balcony. We healed all while sitting in the hot tub overlooking the ocean. We played at the beach, went to the farmers market on the weekends, and even had a zip lining excursion for those who wanted to go!! This is not your average spin dry. I call it a wellness retreat. I hope this helps someone trying to make a decision. You are worth it. Your life is worth it, and there is such a beautiful world out here just waiting for you I will add a bit more detail here, just incase someone wants to know what an actual day is like here.We had group sessions in the morning, in the living room of our home. They were led by our therapist, and the topics for the day changed depending on our specific needs as a group. Everything from people pleasing, to things that trigger us with family, job stress, etc..Each day was geared to whatever topics were populated by the current clients. There were only 5 of us in the group, so it was very personal and productive vs. being in a large group and feeling like one of 30 in a generic class about why drugs are bad. This was time for discussing what really hindered us. What things we were going through on a daily basis at home, and how to fix them.Mid-day was one on one with our personal therapists. They covered everything that was not a whole group issue, one on one stuff, like maybe sexual abuse, toxic relationships, legal matters, horrible job conditions, all and any individual troubles.In the afternoon we had time to go to the gym, have massage therapy, acupuncture treatments, private yoga class, art therapy, and REST.In the later evening, we had the option of attending outside community meetings of the many various kinds of organizations you would find in your local areas, so that you can leave with an understanding of each programs offerings, and know exactly what to do and where to go when you get home so you can keep applying all that you have learned to the new life ahead of you.Thanks for reading my story, I wish you the very best in your precious journey
