This place is amazing. They have saved my life twice now. I ve been to many facilities before and none of them can compare. From the quality of all the details like snacks, food, rooms, outdoor areas to the excellence of the staff and professionals that are committed to helping you. The level of care I have received there has given me a second, third chance at life. I would recommend to anyone to use this facility to better your life.

This is a really nice place! It is located in a good neighborhood. The facility is large with really attractive comfortable furniture. There are a lot of areas to make enough space for everyone. There is even a large backyard with hammocks and a meditation area. The resident drug and alcohol counselor, Chris, is very compassionate and has lots of resources to help change people's lives.

My first time here was ever lasting but my Second time here was and is still one of the biggest reasons I am fully committed and connected to finding myself in so many ways. This place is no joke and is very serious about whatever it may be that you need help with. I met amazing people in the process of being there and of course let me not forget to mention how loving the staff is! Thank you so much with all my heart! -Frankie!

My 12 year old son stayed at Beachside for two months in the spring and we brought home a changed child. After struggling with some significant trauma, the counselors that worked with my son were truly wonderful. The weekend activities were excellent including boating and trips to amusement parks. During the week, he learned to surf, completed his school curriculum so that he could graduate from his regular education elementary school, and took hikes at beautiful locations around Malibu. He loved the food, and participated in group and music therapy as well as individual counseling. We spoke on the phone most nights and had great weekend visits. My son is now a thriving 7th grader, enjoying school and close relationships with his friends. I would encourage anyone struggling to give your child the gift of this healing environment.

My experience with Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I first contacted them seeking help, their team demonstrated a level of care, professionalism customized approach that immediately put me at ease.The facility itself is well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment conducive to healing and recovery. The Pointe Malibu saved my life. Here are some areas where TPM excelled: World class staff (from therapists to Resident Advisors), delicious and healthy food, beautiful and clean facilities, fun and engaging groups and excursions, the list really could go on.I chose TPM for their chronic pain program after being house bound with chronic pain and illness for 7 years, since age 14. I had NO life and my health was severely compromised. TPM took me in with open arms and a plan. I have since made a deep and true recovery from ALL of my chronic pain and symptoms. No one does pain recovery like TPM. Unlike anything else out there. I will always be able to say my life began in Malibu. Look no further for safe and EFFECTIVE treatment than The Pointe Malibu.

I know this review is a bit late but here it is anyways. I was a patient at this facility twice. Once when I was about six or seven years old for about a year, and again when I was around the age of 14 for about two years. i ve spent my whole childhood from the age of five to the age of 19 in facilities, similar to this one if not more extreme care environments. I am now 23 years old, and I am a full functioning independent adult in society with my own apartment and path in school, And I can say with complete honesty that this facility looking back has been one of the best facilities I have been to. As a child, I had extreme behavioral issues along with lots of mental health struggles. Most of the facilities I lived in, were not able to properly handle my struggles, and therefore left me with more trauma, but this place, Casa Pacifica, I feel is one of the best facilities I ve ever lived in. This was one of the few places where I felt like normal a kid. The staff were very caring and nice and also patient. They were great at their job and you did not get the feeling as a patient that they are just there to collect a paycheck. At this facility I felt cared for not just physically but also mentally, which is extremely important for children that I think is something, that is really under looked when it comes to child care. This facility also hosted many activities and incentives to have the kids always have something to look forward to. There was never a day where kids just sat around and did nothing all day. The daily routine always gave us fun things to do to keep us busy and active and healthy while also giving us enough free time to be able to enjoy being a kid. Also, when the staff members were confronting clients on bad behavior, as a client, I did not feel like they confronted it from a textbook routine method of, do this to keep patient physically safe, and then follow through with this consequence, like most facilities. Instead, I felt like the staff members there would truly try and help you work through your emotions and try to understand why you re feeling this way and why you re acting this way to try and help reduce not just physical bad behaviors, but also the mental emotions causing the behaviors And that key thing is what made me feel genuinely cared for, and as a growing child with nobody in their life, except for the staff members that were caring for me, has made me realize how crucial The small things and the way they re handled can affect how a child develops into a person. So to basically summarize this whole review is to basically say that I think this is one of the best facilities that a child could receive help from.( Also, I would not use this review to explain how the facility is currently because it has been multiple years since I ve lived there.
