My name is shawna roberts and want to give a big shout out to the giving tree for their compassion and empathy and their overall professionalism of how they treat their residents with the upmost respect as well as holding us accountable in our journey into recovery sobriety finding a new way to live, the staff are very respectful it's a fun loving home that teaches us how to grow into the woman we all want to be ranging from A to Z the structure and loving environment gives us that opportunity to find ourselves while maintaining integrity on our journey. They d go far and beyond every means to make it comfortable for us to actually want something better again the staff as well as the residents areawesome I'm starting a new journey to another state but before I leave here I wanted the public to be very aware that this has been the best experience of being in a sober living setting with this much gratitude for our achievements thank you donette for your unconditional love and support from the time I entered here I love all of you guys very much and ty for being so kind

Let me be perfectly honest with this place. It s the most beautiful and amazing place to get sober. I came here from 5Bath. My experience came in twofold first I was shunned by a bunch of patients who came in together. I didn t care because about their issues. They were kicked out because of drugs. This place has saved my life with the most knowledgeable and caring staff. So don t listen to people who were kicked out for not keeping this place safe. Please trust in what I am telling you. Been going there since 2003 - people are respectful and are the BEST!

Always a good experience, bit of a wait time today, other patients apparently didn't get to their appointment on time which has a snowball effect on appointment times . This was possibly due to them not planning on rain and their sugar cars melted in rain lol.

My experience with Zona Seca has been overall positive. They are a non-profit, not charging for any sort of gain, the fees are there to help control some of the chaos of having to constantly reschedule, etc. There is a wait time to get in, so why would they cater to people who aren't going to do what is needed. The people that work there truly care and want to help. Sometimes that means saying things people don't want to hear, which is another reason I'm sure they get such bad reviews. Yes they are strict about missing classes/rescheduling, but the rules are made VERY clear from the beginning. For those complaining about fees, maybe you should have read the contract when you enrolled?
