ACTUAL TOOLS I CAN PULL OUT AND USE WHEN TRIGGERED. i have been promised this several times but never have i ever actually been given actual coping skills. the lady who teaches DBT is a god send... her classes are powerful and she gives clients things to practice that for me have actually work. my therapist has pulled things out of me that i never thought i had the strength to share with another human which lead to an ultimate surrender and peace i have never known. the case managers are rock solid and make me feel seen heard and cared for. Banyon was the last house on the block for me.... I had burned everything down and expected to get clean and sober the same way i had tried 20 previous times but the staff and the group of men and women that were there with me literally saved my life. i HIGHLY recommend this treatment center. im writing this review with hopes that someone who has never been to treatment before will see this and let Banyon palm springs be there first and last... i Pray you dont have to do this as many times as i have had to do or burn everything down like i have. please give these people and honest shot cause they care and are the best i have ever seen in this field. I have not one single complaint about the program at SCBH. The techs, facilitators, groups, therapists, and my personal case manager Nicolle are all absolutely wonderful people- They sincerely care about the well being of all patients coming here. The food is top notch as well as the cooks over the stove. Give the respect you want in return, don t buck the system and follow the simple rules implemented all for good and structured reasons and everything is extremely pleasant. 10 out of 10 recommend for treatment and care!
