My experience at the north Hollywood facility was amazing! Of course when you are coming to detox , you are not in the best mood , but I returned twice after leaving and relapsing and when arrived I was greeted with smiles and support. The staff tended to my needs and provided me with wisdom to help be successful in recovery. The ppl who you meet here will change your life and some will even feel like a part of your family . Alter met all my needs and exceeded expectations. I had Anxiety/PTSD flashbacks that would bring me to tears daily, during treatment I have learned many different effective meditation techniques for use when ever I need them. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Having a private room was a huge plus it gave me the personal space I needed to focus on my recovery while still managing my work and school. The fact that I could use my phone and laptop was incredibly helpful, allowing me to stay connected and on top of everything while receiving the care I needed.The staff were incredible not only professional but genuinely caring. They treated me like a friend, making the whole experience feel much more comfortable. The facility itself is very comfy. Chase was one of the dudes who you wanted to get a pat on the back from for doing something good and who all the girls crushed on. He was just such a perfect fit for that program. If you ever met him his presence carried this purity you can t fake. He just had it and could tell was never going back to his old life. I really do miss everyone and if things were different back home I would ve moved out there and stayed with them however I could. This isn t something someone paid me to say for all you skeptics. I m saying this from my heart. No BS. You got nothing to lose and everything to gain. I hope everyone is doing well and wish everyone at Renaissance nothing but the best. Thank you guys again.

This is a great program if you re trying to stay sober. The staff are excellent especially my therapist and case manager. The facilities are really nice and not overcrowded so you get more of a personal connection with staff and other clients. Wonderful experience from the first phone call with Selena to completing their detox program. The folks at Better Days really try their best to make sure you are comfortable, safe and taken care of. On site facilitators visit M-F with therapist services. Occasional off site trips on the weekend. This is the one and only treatment center for my addiction and I m thankful I landed here. I have since moved on to PHP and now IOP within the organization (ZOE Behavior Health) and look forward to continued treatment.

This is a great place, and the facilitators really care. In between classes I really enjoyed playing ping pong. While I was there it was difficult to make it to AA meetings. there was a option of going to 2 AA meetings a week they would take us in a van, but that was when drivers were available. That was the only knock I have other than that I loved the place. I had a house manager Kurt he was the biggest help when I first got there with the food situation and he offered to take me to AA meetings with him. Big bonus there is a gym membership included

I was here for treatment for 8 months and I had an addiction to fentanyl and bipolar disorders . Another rehab didn t want to keep me because of my kidney failure due to drug use and Angelika welcomed me with open arms !! Beautiful spirited woman !! She goes above and beyond for her clients and treat you like family !! This rehab is the only reason I got sober ! They let you go at your own pace and won t be quick to kick you out !! Nice food , nice outtings !! She takes very good care of us !! Don t think twice about coming it doesn t feel like a facility or hospital and you get to keep your phone !! Nice bedrooms , big beds , your own bathroom and my favorite No ROOM Mates ! And btw Chris the Manager is awesome!!!
