My personal experience at new start in concord is was phenomenal. I spent 31 days in the residential program including detox and all around had such a great experience that it was difficult to leave. To start, the medical staff while I was in detox took care of all of my needs. The med techs, nurse practitioners and doctors made sure that I had a comfortable experience while going through the scary process of withdrawing. Not once did I run out of medication and they always made me feel like they cared for my wellbeing and safety. While in residential, the counselors, group facilitators, therapists, and case managers were amazing! Each and every one of them. They had so much knowledge, experience and education, and I learned so much. My personal therapist, Mellisa was absolutely wonderful, and she helped me dig deep and figure out the root causes of my issues that were tied to my past traumas. The family sessions were also extremely helpful. Moving onto the assistant Director and head Director, who both truly cared about the program, the clients, and their staff. It was evident in how the program ran like a perfect machine. They also took us on fun outings, like bowling and going to the beach. The facility was comfortable, clean and well organized. We have full-time staff that keep each bedroom and area of the buildings clean and provided the clients with all of our basic needs. I want to give a shout out to Ofi who was like everyone s mom. We had some awesome amenities too like a gym, A game room, and an outside movie theater with a fire pit. I will truly miss my time at New Start in Concord, and will forever be grateful for this experience. Thank you :)

THE STAFF WAS GENUINELY CARING AND PROACTIVE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Of course there s ups and downs to any ed treatment place, and especially in times of crisis it s hard to recognize help and wanting to get better. I went here a few years ago, it was hard and scary sometimes but I also learned a lot made friends learned how to use my own skills and helped others as well. It s stressful to be isolayed but you have to remember everyone s in this together. i got home sick but everyone does, and the staff made it easy for me to talk to them took me on walks. It s hard to want to get better but they make it very encouraging to continue to try and leave the house so you can return to a better quality of life and go home. Pelin, Erin and some other girls were so amazing to me, will always remeber them to this day. Had some uncomfortable times with some of the therapists but that s what it s for to each their own. Hope you consider pros and cons not everyone will be ecstatic to get help with a serious eating disorder, it s all consuming to have an Ed. But this place does give me hope and i don t think i d be where i am without it now, 3-4 years recovered. Thank you

How Much Does Drug Rehab Cost in Antioch?

Antioch is the 81st most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $59376. This is comparable to the average cost of $56654 for addiction treatment in California and comparable to the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.

The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Antioch vary widely and depend on several factors, including:

Comparing the Cost of Rehab in Antioch

The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.

These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.

    Drug Use in Antioch

Antioch has the 288th highest rate of drug use nationwide among nearly 400 cities surveyed. This number reflects the combined use of cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana, displayed individually below.
