My experience at the north Hollywood facility was amazing! Of course when you are coming to detox , you are not in the best mood , but I returned twice after leaving and relapsing and when arrived I was greeted with smiles and support. The staff tended to my needs and provided me with wisdom to help be successful in recovery. The ppl who you meet here will change your life and some will even feel like a part of your family . The staff really does care about you! All you have to do is take the first step and ask for help. This is my primary care medicine home. I love the people here and I have been coming here for over ten years. The doctors and nurse practitioners are great and the nurses are very helpful. They have someone to do the lab work on site, so that is very helpful. You rarely have to wait long to be seen once you get there and they offer plenty of resources if you need them. Their referral department is fast and helpful as well. Over all I feel very fortunate to have them as my medical care facility.
