I couldn t have asked for better treatment and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need. The staff is incredible, the location/house is beautiful and the therapists helped me more than I thought was ever possible. These people truly care and I can t even put into words how grateful I am for it.

This place saved my life. If you truly want sobriety and knowledge to stay sober this is the place to be. The staff is phenomenal. The cook is stellar and the therapist Brian is so awesome, he helped me break through some walls that I by myself could not do. He was patient and understanding. These people have helped change me for the better and have given me a foundation of hope to build on so that I'm able to continue sobriety. I will forever be grateful to this beautiful Oasis in the desert. A beautiful place. There is nothing negative I can say about this place. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart

MCR SAVED ME FROM DRUGS, MYSELF & DRINKING! I want to talk about my experience, everyone was very kind and we had a great group that I was with at the time which really helped me to recover. The first two weeks I had still been off the wagon, but as soon as I confessed to the group I immediately began to heal. Carlee was an excellent therapist for me and I remember having lots of friends supporting each other while I was getting my recovery. We would practice breathing exercises, watch movies that would help out with our recovery, and talk about anything or anyone who has been bothering us recently or from anytime in our lives. They even had a special brain training activity on the computer that you do to help focus on recovery. All the teachers were so nice and had fun assignments to do to help keep our minds off drugs and alcohol. They even have doctors who help provide medication to help keep drugs and alcohol away. I am much more responsible and take medication now to help maintain my sobriety. Thank you MCR!

Dr. Marshall is a remarkable, amazing human being. His life is a living example of Gods grace. Dr Marshall has a passion for people and literally lS a living sacrifice. His life and testimony are nothing short of a miracle.As a Registered Nurse with over 29 years experience working in Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma Centers I have personally witnessed the consequences of addiction, the impact it has on the person experiencing it as well as the devastating effect it has on the family and loved ones involved. I have looked into the eyes of a mother of a teenage child who has overdosed from drugs and heard the primal cry of grieve far too many times in my profession.Dr. Marshall is intentionally, deliberately helping people one day at a time. I ve heard him say in room of over 125 people I m here for one or maybe two of you.. and that s ok.I have had the privilege of attending several of his speaking engagements as well as attending classes for continued education professional purposes. His trainings are filled with unmeasurable value and highly beneficial information.Dr. Marshall is a dynamic effective lecturer, speechmaker and author. He doesn t just talk the talk but actually walks the walk as the saying goes.I have read his two books Fear to Freedom: From Dumpster to Doctor and Factors of Transformation :Be The Change You Want. Both filled with transparent life story and practical principles that anyone can apply to their own life.Dr Marshall has a heart of gold ; truly a man after the heart of God who has a deeply rooted passion for helping change peoples lives. It s like the air he breathes.In these crazy ruthless scary times we live in, the world needs more people, more soldiers and lieutenants on the front line like Dr Marshall, who aren t afraid to step up and out and be different. As he often says ; Let fear be what it is .but do not let it determine who you are or how you behave. Words that have changed my life personally forever.God Bless you and keep you in HIS light!!!!

I went to Quest on a personal Quest.....to recovery. The name says it all. I was willing, I was optimistic, and ready to accept and attack my problems that were hindering me for a very long time.I truly can't say enough about the staff and counseling team, and of course our case and program manager. They offered their services, and i gladly accepted. I formed stong bonds with my house mates and couldn't ask for a better group.I believe you get back what you put in. If you're sincere in your intentions, people will embrace you and take you in with open arms.The place is absolutely wonderful. It's comfortable, cozy, and hopefully new clients will be able to enjoy the pool soon.The view of the mountains and the neighbors roosters giving me the wakeup call in the mornings I miss dearly .Quest will forever be in my heart. Thank you.

Coming here has been one of the greatest decisions I ve ever made for myself. Everyone makes sure that you feel comfortable and happy. The food is great! The groups are made to be fun and relaxing and have helped me understand a lot about myself that I didn t know. I am now home and have a full recovery plan. I can t wait for this new part in my life. Thanks you to Hershel and all the amazing staff!

This place genuinely cares about the well-being of clients and their recovery. I felt like I was at home and in a caring and loving family environment. They go above and beyond for their clients care and show empathy and compassion. In such a corrupt industry with such a vulnerable population, this place is truly where someone seeking for help should be, a safe place to get help and actually succeed in their recovery and staying sober.

I would like to thank all of the Wonder staff at Aegis Pasadena, they have helped me in so many ways!First off I would like to thank Susan (hopefully spelling her name correctly) who was the main manager, there when I got there 10 years ago- because if it literally wasn't for her, I would possibly still be out in the streets or worse.idk if she knows this but she literally changed my life that day.I came at a bad time that day of intake and I wouldn't have been able to dose then because of me coming so late from taking 3 buses to get there, So I was basically going to "check out" and go back to the streets to my addiction and possibly never come back again after I realized I wasn't going to be able to dose then.To make a long story short - I was able to go to the El Monte Clinic that day and dose there and come back to the Pasadena clinicSo I'm forever thankful to Susan for that day!also for all the chances you gave me! Thank you Susan once again For all your help in my journey!I also want to thank Neelam, for bringing light and smiles to Aegis, especially when places like these can get "dark" at times because of where us patients are coming from. So thank you Neelam!!! Thank you to all my counselors Jessica & Nadia and the rest I've had there - thank you as well!Because of you guys I actually like counseling now lol unlike other places outside of there that I didn't like lol. So You guys made me feel comfortable and actually listened and helped me in so many ways thanks you!Jabari the manager there - thank you man!I wanted to say that (Jabari) didn't make me feel like just another "number" there. He TRULY cares and has tons of wisdom, and is compassionate as well, he truly wants the best for us as they all do there!I've been to other clinics and let me tell you guys that this is by far the BEST one I've been too! I highly recommend it if you know or have anyone that's out there!! I will forever recommend this place to the people that want to get clean and change their life around, this is the place! The staff here are great at what they do, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my needs have been met, they have given me a little bit of what it feels like to be human again, and if your an addict like me.... then that's no small thing!
